Review Kfc - Mornington

Spent $31:85 0n food only to get it home and find it was inedible. Wicked wings were all tiny with no coating on them, full of oil and could not be eaten, chicken in burger and nuggets were so dry and over cooked we could bite into them, add soggy flavourless chips to the mix and you have a compete meal even a dig wouldn't eat Not to mention the staff spraying cleaner on equipment while food was still in them and a staff member sitting behind the counter eating a wrap This is consistently the most disappointing store I have ever had the misfortune to go to Calling made no difference as phone was diverted to an answering machine This store needs a comprehensive overhaul and retrain of all staff I would rather drive the extra 30 minutes to a kfc that is clean and serves food that can be consumed I will be following up with both head office and the store about this.

Every time I order from here the food quality is really bad. There is always no salt on most of the food and the chicken is not even crunchy or cooked well. I just got my wicked wings and they were all raw it was so inedible. I know it’s easy to order from here but paying almost $50 for bad and raw food is unbelievable. Even when there was no one waiting for food I still had to wait 15 minutes for it.I’m assuming that me and my family won’t be ordering from here anymore unless we are desperate to not cook. Hopefully the kitchen staff shape up with their cooking and serve food that people can actually eat. Still wondering how they messed up this bad!!

Drive thru was simple and easy. Greeted by nice and sweet staff. However, don’t let that fool you. The food was atrocious - one of the worst KFC I’ve ever had. Not enough seasoning on the fries and it’s stale. Zinger burgers were not fresh and dry. Wicked wings were not fresh, cold, and not crispy anymore. Chicken tender was small, stale, and miserable. Popcorn chicken was disappointing, cold, and not fresh. We thought the 3* review rating was bogus and was willing to give this KFC a try but I guess it was true. Nasty and disappointing food but great customer service.

Well where do I start, firstly tried to have the Fried Night Footy Feast and spent an hour trying to get it delivered through the KFC app to get an error & no driver. Phoned the restaurant to be told it’s nothing to do with KFC it’s menulog’s fault. So I tried to do the same order but pick it up but the App kept deleting the order, so I made up my own order which wasn’t as good a deal. I then went to pick my order up & when I got home the food was inedible. The chicken wasn’t cooked the coating was soggy, the chips where uncooked, not even crisp. I had ordered some different types of chicken, hot & spicy, original & zesty. They were all in the same box and you didn’t know what was what. There were no sauces that I had ordered either. I have to say that was the worst food I have been served in many years and it went straight in the bin after we tried to eat it. Biggest waste of $40 !! Avoid this place is my advice, never returning.

I mean, if you want fast food on a Friday night I wouldn't risk it.. you'll end up waiting around picking your nose for an hour or so. Most the time eftpos isn't working in the drive through and they don't even have a sign warning you so you've already spent all this time waiting on the drive through now you have to go inside the store which is PACKED and you've already spent all the time waiting in the drive through now you have to wait even more. Staff need to get a grip and stop slugging around and address these problems.

So making and receiving our order was simple and efficient. Food was probably the best KFC I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, juicy chicken and the coating was really beautifully cooked. This was the fourth KFC we'd been to in 45mins due to drive thru lines out of the carpark and on the road and dine in was a minimum 30min wait. This restaurant was full at 1. 30pm teenaged males spreading themselves like they owned the place, leaving a mess all over the tables and surrounding floor. If it wasn't for my elderly mother craving KFC we would have left. The floor was filthy, your shoes stuck with every step. I had to clean the only empty table that was full of rubbish and smeared with mashed potatoe and drink. I saw one staff member do any type of cleaning - he wiped a table for himself and sat down. If your only gonna employ kids for cheap labour atleast have someone in charge for hygiene

Seriously! The dirtiest KFC I have ever set foot in. The tables looked like they were wiped down with a dirty dishcloth. Food was all over the floor; all the glass surfaces were smeared, the entrance door was not working. Patrons needed to get up and open the door for people wanting to enter. I was working, so l had to sit inside. Very bad!

lived here for 20years and still cannot get salt on my chips. One of the main if not the only reason I get KFC is for there chips but I think this will be the last time I go to Mornington store, found they are the worst tasting KFC in Victoria.
