FIFO Adventures
Total scam. Waited around 15 minutes at the drive through to get a large cappuccino. What I got was a cup of foam. The cup has maybe 1/3 coffee in it. I’m not sure because I haven’t been able to dig through the foam deep enough yet but I’ve gotten about halfway down and still no coffee.

So far worst experience I’ve ever gotten from hungry jacks, walked in because they forgot to provide a straw, I waited at there desk and they didn’t acknowledge me at all. Also they failed to warn us that they had no lettuce in stock so we were pretty disappointed to open our meals to ugly burgers with no lettuce at all.

Worst fast food restaurant in Mornington will never go again. Just spent $40 and waited 20 minutes on 5 burgers and they were all rubbish. This is now the 3rd time I’ve tried.

January 2019 Went to get burger but Hungry Jacks only had chicken, if I wanted chicken would have gone to KFC. 12/8/2019 Wow thought I would eat in what a mistake that was!!! I sat down at a filthy table and chairs probly never cleaned since 1974. This would have to be the worst store I have ever seen in my life.

Just cant seem to get our orders right.
It's happened a handful of times now, but last night was the first time I overpayed $10 for an order which was either not ours or one which was not recognised at all. I hope someone else enjoyed their upgrade to a family meal! At least the maccas near home was able to save the day...

A place to avoid locally. Totally filthy and outdated site, worn fittings and dirt everwhere. This reflects in the staff attitude. Having arrived 20 minutes before closing, to be told the coffee machine was 'broken' when I wanted it with my order. When I asked, you mean your closing in 20 minutes and just can't be bothered. Got a 'yep' from the manager behind the kid serving.

If you don't mind getting the wrong order and waiting 20mins in the drive through pretty much every time...go here.
It's so frustrating this is the only HJ near us.
If there was another one this one would go out of business very quickly.

Disappointed to see red rooster burn down but not this joint. 25 mins in drive through to be sent to waiting bay for at least another 15. All way to slow for 2 burgers. Knocked on the door cause it was locked well before they close, got sworn at under young fellas breathe, don’t expect to be spoken to nicely with an attitude like that.
