Review Domino's Pizza - Mornington

Happy placing order of 3 large crust filled pizzas one of which had garlic prawns, one had meat and bacon and the third was the firebreather delivered. Driver dumped the pizzas at the door and left. The entire transaction came to $74 dollars. No individual pizza prices indicated on the website and thinking it would come to about $35 stupidly never asked the cost when completing the phone transaction. Ridiculously expensive. Will not buy from here again

Customer service is simply amazing. Staff were very helpful and professional in their manner. Carley was one of the staff who did an excellent job. Well done guys !!

We are local so have tried here numerous times. When ordering in store it is very unprofessional, almost always with someone young who is unable to use the computers & takes ages. Ordering online - forget about it. They forget your orders & when we have called to politely inquire we are put on hold for 5mins at a time with someone coming back to the line apologising for forgetting the order, even having a little laugh the last time! This has happened on numerous occasions! We won’t be going back that’s for sure, very disappointing because the thick shakes are delish, just not worth the continual frustration & muck around. My advice - go somewhere else!!

Thin crispy base is so good. Doesn't bloat you and fill chockers like the original base.

Ordered a late night dinner deal (I know it was before close but still quality and quantity of toppings matter) expecting to receive a large pizza but by the looks of it it looked like it was a medium size.... What happened to Large traditional pizzas and it being warm on arrival!!! Sorry guys a little disappointed to be honest because I've seen better dominos back in Qld.

Best Domino’s store EVER in Melbourne!! The pizza was the best I had in Melbourne I cannot believe it’s from domino’s because Domino store near my house sucks, I wish the head office reads this and do some investigation on Oakleigh Domino’s. Why can’t every Domino’s be like this one?!?!

Order from somewhere local, they'll have it delivered to you before this store even claims it'll be with their driver, and that's before they decide to do a rally cross over the peninsula for 20 minutes before heading to your house.

Have ordered from Doncaster dominos, whom were predominantly on time, moved to Mornington, 3rd time ordering a pizza and late again, rang after waiting an hour, and was advised it would be soon. I responded with, “how do you know, I haven’t given you any details “ then they checked and said it would be another 20 minutes, as I write this, 20 minutes have passed. Mornington clearly had issues. P. S order is under my wife’s name, she does not want to complain invade you spit on the Pizza ( unfounded) but how many other complaints exist but not shared for the same reason. Seeing I’m paying for the Pizzas, I reserve the right to complain

Really bad pizza. Late delivery. Not good enough. Threw in a free garlic loaf. I’m allergic to garlic. I am dead now. I hope they don’t have Domino’s in hell, but they probably do.

Oh so salty! After you finish a pizza you will need to drink a few liters of water. The toppings are very processed and not very nice. You can do better if you pay a few bucks more.

Hit & miss pizza. We order from here when we are on a tight budget. Tonight we got our family of five fed for $24. That's pretty good for take away of any kind. But it was disappointing. On pick up we noticed a sign stating 'free coke with every pick up' we asked if we could grab one of the cokes but were told that the deal was 'a free pizza with every coke ordered' how ridiculous! Who calls a pizza shop to order a coke?! There was also no sign of this when ordering on the website.<br/>Half the time we get pizza we're happy with, hot, fresh, decent amount of toppings, good price etc but then there are times such as tonight where we get very dry thin n crispy pizza, cold and very sparse amount of toppings. I myself order a deep pan & tonight my pizza was half crust with slight toppings in the middle, I didnt know whether to laugh or? Also the service was poor. We will only return if we are hard up for coinage.
