This shop is losing customers because no one is entertaining them. Three different customers walk out already while i was waiting for my door dash delivery food. And i am also a delivery guy but still i wait almost 20mins for the pizza.. the owner of this establishment should do something about it..
Atrocious service. I ordered 2 pizzas ans some sides online at 6.30pm. The tracker said it was ready at 6.47. very bad experience with Mortdale Pizza hut. The delivery was really unbelievable and unacceptable. Driver didn't even knock, the driver sent me the message instead, i didn't notice that message until it was too late, the driver just gone. Sorry but this place is nasty, I saw that there were two roaches in store. Not to mention I see that they leave their backdoor open all the time, so I assume their hygiene is not up to scratch. The customer service was also unbelievable, they need to learn decent respect. Please save your money & go
Delivery was quicker than advised so that was great especially when we were so hungry. Food was hot and tasted fantastic. Definitely recommend.
