The staff are lovely but the ordering app that they ask you to use does not let you know what the roast of the day, pasta of the week or parma of the week are AND I have not found that shown anywhere else!

Well-equipped rooms, comfortable bed/s. Restaurant food is excellent and decently priced as are the rooms.
Expensive drinks, no atmosphere, staff were very glum and was the first parma I didn't finish. I'm 99% sure the food was premade because it was way too quick and dry as a nuns nasty.
Went for a meal, Waa seated and they ushered 2 women to sit basically on my knee!! Like COVID and social distancing doesn't exist!!! Deplorable disregard for laws, public health and safety of patrons. If you want a high chance of catching COVID and death this is the place to eat.
