Review Four Frogs Creperie Mosman - Mosman

Chanced on the ‘Four Frogs’ on a Sunday Afternoon outing. We had Pork and Apple Cider Sausage, Swiss Cheese, Mushroom, Onion in Cider with Crème Fraiche and Goat Cheese Walnut and Honey Mustard Salad. Delicious with a glass of French Rose. The staff are friendly and helpful. Despite being very busy we got a table quickly and were served quickly too. Thanks to Tomas our waiter 😁😄😁

Cute little eatery, relaxing vibe and great for a quick bite. Totally recommend! The staff are amazing also!

Honestly really disappointed with the service at Four Frogs. I've been going there for years so know how good the quality of food can be and what good service there looks like. Today however was not one of those days. After sitting down, a woman arrived alone and sat next to me and my partner. She received her food and coffee and was out of the cafe before any of our food or drink had arrived. When I politely asked our waitress if the food was on the way I was met by a rude response that it was being prepared. Our crepes arrived within the minute of talking to her. Mine was sadly cold and was actually sticking to the plate because of how long it must have been sitting on the bench waiting to come to our table. Our coffees also came after we'd finished our crepes. At least they were warm!! Sadly won't be going back for a little while after this bad experience :(

It's fantastic. Me & my mother went twice in December and January, were amazed both times how well the crepes were cooked and how delicious they were. Staff were attentive and always happy to help. We will come again!

After years of meeting friends at our once “favourite” place, I won’t be back here. I had a similar experience to the reviewer Ash. Customer service was so below par, rude when inquired about our lengthy wait time, and smug smiles from the staff when our order did arrive. Made me wonder if our food was hygienic. Great to have built a good brand name Four Frogs, but the key to success is maintaining this with consistent customer service, and not have your team/manager unravel because they are busy. Genuine customer service and care goes a long way in resolving any customer inquiries, and inquiries shouldn’t be met with disdain; we had chosen to spend our time and money with you. Very disappointed.

Food was OK, if not below my expectation. I'd say it's a bit overhyped. The mushrooms had a strange aftertaste, and probably came from a can. Definitely not worth the price I paid. It's good if you've never tasted a crepe before. The staff were very friendly, and the vibe was good. The food itself was what brought my rating down.

We have been so many times at this place not just because it is in our neighbourhood but because their buckwheat galettes and sweet crepes are delicious! They also have nice selection of ciders and wine but our must have every time is fruity bubbly Kir Royal . Service is quick, staff is friendly, place is clean and has good Covid measures in place. During weekends and public holidays it is better to make booking to avoid disappointment as this place is very popular and not just with locals

Crepes was good and they have a lot of choices for toppings to choose from. Portion was quite large. Good service and friendly staff. Definitely will come back to try more flavors
