Beautiful spot to have a coffee & a sweet. Serves lunch & breakfast also alcohol. We got our high from the three falls hike..not the alcohol! Coffee had a good flavour & was strong & rich. Pleasant service too.

Best scones Ive had in my life! All day breakfast was amazing too with the bread and sourdough being super crispy. Will travel back just for the scones alone.

My experience here wasn't pleasant. Waiting time was 45 mins while we'd been told it would be 25-35 mins. When we came in we were seated inside as all the tables outside were occupied. After 30 mins of waiting we asked if we can move outside as some people leaved. But we were said it would confuse a cook if we change a table. So we stayed inside. The food was very average and overpriced. It kind of makes sense when you don't have any alternatives in 5 kms radius. I can't say it was a total disappointment but next time I would rather drive for 15 mins and have a lunch somewhere else. It sucks to waste so much of time when there are many things to see. Cheers, Irina

Great Cafe with a huge variety of meals. We sat outside to enjoy the ambience & our meal was very tasty, we had the special, corn loaf with guacamole, feta & tomatoes, would recommend.

Ordered flat white and hot chips. Hot chips were 5/5 stars, super crispy beer battered with chicken salt. No need for sauce they went alright! Coffee was great too. Big surprise for a random visitor centre cafe (order hot chips!)

Nice and warm inside, and staff are friendly. Lots of seating. A very expensive meal though, especially things like $8.50 for a milkshake, which is the most I've ever paid for a milkshake in my life. Not much food in the displays, seemed like they didn't have any supplies, although there was apparently more food on the menu that we could have ordered (but that wasn't obvious)

Two dollars to fill my mini have filled Starbucks water bottle, even a coffee shop won’t do that, feel they’re so friendly and I’m so welcomed :)

Tired after walking a bit, dropped in to get something to drink. My daughter was.playing cards. I was asking her what she would like to eat, then one.of the staff asked us to move tables because they were busy as it was holiday and needed the tables (elapsed time 10 -15min). There were approx six empty tables and no one at the counter waiting for food. Honestly it's not a Michelin star restaurant. Please do not take yourselves so seriously. So if you only need something to drink. Just take with you some water. The place is swamped with people and they need the places to feed the masses.

Absolutely amazing to walk through and see blue gums and to know that they are the worlds tallest hard oak trees. They grow straight upwards for 1km! And the array of different flora on during the walk was spectacular. The food everything is delicious

Rachel and Greg and the team do fantastic coffee and awesome big breakfast. They also have an amazing gallery and shop of unique photos, wood jewellery, handmade gifts from the region which depict the beauty of mount field national park. All the walks are easy, short and amazing also at night when you can see glow worms. Around the park in the evenings are cute animals such as padymelons and if your very lucky playful but shy quolls. An absolute must to visit I spent a week and did the waterfalls three times and found it exciting and my children loved it too. If you go to tassie make sure you stay at my field.

Had lunch at the cafe after great walks. Lovely meal and delightful staff. Sat outside and enjoyed the lovely outlook - what a superb place. Will be even better when the extension is complete.
