Review Ok Pie Shop - Mount Gambier

1 of the Most horrible pies I have ever had was full of gristle threw over half away I bought 2 pies and partner bought a pasty. Threw 1 whole pie and half of another and the pasty in bin. Do not know why this place is not named the 'Not OK Pie Shop'!!!!!

Super friendly staff in a convenient location. Well know for their cheese tarts, jam donuts and pies and pasties. Grandchildren love the party size pies and sausage rolls.

I came for a visit from the United States. My first visit to this place was amazing, I ordered a beef and mushroom pie. I was hooked. Second I had a sausage roll...hooked again. Last but not least, a cheese Kranski, another favorite. I made 5 trips to Mount Gambier after that and each time I made sure to eat from this place on more than a few occasions. The food is rich with flavor. I even tried to recreate this for myself the other day. I have to say I was not even close, however it did hold some wonderful memories of which I will never forget. Thank you Okay Pie shop for the wonderful food and experience. Your friend from the states :)

Went to pay. They didnt accept card. Told ATM machine was to be used in corner of shop to access money. Seems they pay their staff in cash . Food wasnt great. Cornish pasty cool luke warm. Pies needed more meat. Cupcakes werent overally nice and choux pastry bun mmm. Well not to standard . All up lunch was 40.00. Money better spent at a local pub

Excellent service and food, nice prices too. There's a casual homely environment. I went in feeling agitated, and left with my nerves seemingly calmed. The OK Pie Shop is more than OK by me!

The Lamb Pie was bloody beautiful. A trip through, but if I ever come back I'm coming for another one. Great stuff

Went to the Mount for 3 days. Had lunch there everyday. Could not get enough of the cinnamon finger buns oh and the cheese tarts oh and the donuts. The list goes on.

Best bakery, bar none. Food, sensational, staff friendly.

If you're after old fashioned, quality bakery goods, then The OK Pie Shop is for you. Can't go past their chicken pies, pasties, jam doughnuts, little sausage rolls, cheese tarts and German cake. I rate them 12 stars out of 5!!

Thank you for making our wedding cakes just as we wanted... You spent time with us going through photos and discussing exactly what we wanted, without any extra charges like one of the other cake shops does... And cannot help but mention that you charged nearly half of what they where going to charge us, while having twice as much flavour... Thank you again...

Always end up here everytime we visit Mount Gambier. The place is always clean and provides friendly service, the cheese pasties are excellent taste and value.

Delicious! We arrived here at 9.02am, 2 minutes after opening time and I couldn't resist but to order a pie. The chicken pie was delicious, and my friends enjoyed the plain meat pie also.
