The lady who served us was very nice and prepared our food beautifully we had a big order and she handled it like a pro.

Found the staff to not be friendly at all. Virtually got the subways thrown at me because I asked for a bag.
We ordered fairly early (about 9.30 in the morning) and it was not very fresh or nice at all. Lukewarm meatballs (had it toasted).
Shocking customer service. Couldn't work out how to "do" a small scoop of avocado in a tub. Heads up: Kingston can work it out (it's $1.10 as on the menu, in a tub) and they're a much smaller town. Lift your game and train your staff.
Haven't been there for a while, in the past i never experienced any problems and the staff were great
Staff kept doing their chores, keeping the customers waiting saying a reluctant 'sorry' at the end of it. Expect the service to be lot better for a reputed food chain like Subway.
Small store yet has the full range of subway varieties.
