Review Subway - Mount Gambier

This subway is way better than the one down near Kmart. Spending roughly on average $13.75 for a foot long regardless of covid and or inflation still worth it imo. staff here much easier to talk to etc. shout out to who I assume is the manager here, she said that this store makes them better with love haha.

Food was great, plenty of salad on the roll...and I didn't mind the cabbage mixed in with the lettuce because I love raw cabbage!

Freshly made subs .... tasted great. Friendly and cheerful staff.

Food was ok but young girl behind the counter was extremely rude. Learn to think for yourself young lady.

Great staff, service with a smile, even when busy

I don’t normally give accolades to any dining place unless they do the job as they say. I should say thanks to this Subway and the person who prepared the subs for us (being vegetarians she took care of not mixing other subs in between as some subs they do blindly). She asked what we wanted and how we wanted she didn’t have any grim face (as I have seen in some subs as soon as we say vegetarian) she was smiling all the time. After having the subs at the place at the last we noticed that we missed tomatoes in our subs, but as a family, we all agreed not to ask for it and we gave big smilies for the restaurant. We will visit again and again whenever we are visiting Gambier. As our memory goes back 20 years ago when we visited during the Christmas long weekend and we were the last customers at 8 pm and the lady back then prepared subs for us to last for the weekend we still remember that conversation and we say that to our kids now. I would have given extra stars if they were there but I have pushed all the five stars for now and until next time.
