I just witnessed their staff member give an elderly woman a very hard time and was blatantly rude with no compassion or understanding. The staff member first forced the lady to walk over to the cash register to try and order but then when the woman was trying to explain what she was wanting from the hot box, the employee was condescending in the was she spoke and then stated everything is up on the board. The woman stated she could not read the board and was trying to point to the items she wanted in the hot box. As they walked back to the hot box so the lady could point to what she wanted, the staff member continued to talk down to the woman and even look across to me with a look of; “can you believe this woman”.
Then once the lady had walked back to the register and paid, the woman working didn’t even wait a couple of seconds for the lady to take her stuff before she dismissed what the lady was saying to her and asked what I wanted.
Note: This was an elderly lady and was not able to move very quickly, so the walk to the register was slow but this is a part of getting older and should have been respected, not seen as a bother.
And in regards to the food: The food was good and was priced very reasonably. However, the treatment of the elderly lady dampened my appetite.
