Let’s talk about how rude the customer service is, working is hospitality my self I’ve never seen anything like it. They simply just don’t care, definitely the worst customer service I’ve seen. I was given attitude and simply thrown out of the store. I felt so unwelcome. This did happen at the start

Always so understaffed and takes almost 2 hours to receive two subs when ordering through uber (that is when the order isn’t just cancelled by then completely.) Zero care from staff when their eftpos wasn't working. Spent 10 minutes waiting for them to make my sub and then their internet was down when I went to pay. They simply said that this happens all the time and that it wasn't their fault. No apology just shrugged and said there's nothing they can do.

Was in store to get lunch and was completely ignored by the staff member that looked like he would prefer to be home in bed. Pull your socks up mate, try smiling and acting like you want to be there at least. I ended up leaving without any lunch.

How hard is it to make a sandwich with a bit of love. Unfortunately I’ve have a bad experience with the staff and it’s as if they are doing you a huge favour making you a sandwich you’re paying for! I ordered a veggie delight salad. The guy forgot to add the avecado which was supposed to go with it

Honestly horrible. As someone who actually works at Subway this was beyond bad. Let's starts. 1. You clean your boards. The boards today we're not cleaned as in training program you always clean the boards. 2. Rude staff. No "hi want can I get for u today" once I payed my food was basically thrown

Was given this sadwich by a young staff member who seemed to think it was perfectly fine even after commenting that the bread looked like it'd seen better days. Shameless.
