Best cafe in Perth! Great for breakfast or lunch. The food is to die for and they serve fantastic coffee, all set in a little bit of paradise. Never disappointed when we visit here.
Lovely outdoor eating experience. A frequent customer as the food and drinks are consistently good quality. Slightly pricey but highly recommend. Can pay by card & no split bill.
Came here for a midweek lunch for our first try of Casa Bianchi and what a treat. Beautiful setting and greenery and yummy fresh food. We had the ‘Crispy’ juice which was freshly squeezed and yummy! We got garlic bread for entree and had the Ceasar salad as a main, which was yummy and wasnt drenched in dressing - just the way we like it. There was a little bit of confusion when we ordered, and we accidentally forgot one of the mains, but the manager promptly helped us and apologised and did all he could to help. The sweets are to die for and we will be back!! Thank you!
Came here for brunch on a Tuesday with my mother and son. Lovely decor and friendly staff. Food was tasty, fresh and large portion sizes. Good coffee too.
Have always loved this spot for a lunch in the lovely gardens and near the fish pond.
Recent updates to it are fantastic! However, sadly the menu was also changed and now excludes choices that were suitable for children. After asking, the only option on offer is to purchase a side or a full main meal and share it or have kids eat little of an expensive meal.
Such a shame that this great spot appears to no longer consider families an important clientele ... as it’s such a good spot :(
What an interesting place smack in the middle of suburbia. The koi ponds, lanterns, autum leaves from the trees and pot plants gave a great garden ambience, if you didnt hear the cars buzzing by you wouldn't think you were in the middle of suburbia . The oversized chinese lantern however i couldnt quiet work out.
Dropped in thursday morning with gf and friend for breakfast, originally i thought the options were abit limited, but wasnt too sure in the end. Counter service and food arriving at the table was prompt. Food was tasty also.
Great experience. Sugged sitting away from the streets if you want to soak up a moment.
This cafe is such a hidden gem, a stand out in the area of north perth. The portions were nice and big, I enjoyed the gf pistachio like cake the most. It was moist and sweet and sour flavours were lovely combo. It is house made too.
Also the chorizo scramble stack was simple but hit the spot! Will return to try the rest of the menu.
Amazing atmosphere and food. We ordered the smashed avo breakfast and a slice of carrot cake and both were generous portions, and extremely well made. We also got 2 juices and they were incredibly fresh and simple, but tasty. The smashed avo was actually the best I’ve ever had, because it tasted as though it was made by someone who can actually cook well. The cake was fresh and delectable and all of this was enjoyed in a beautiful shady, pond-side setting. All of food and drinks tasted like they were made by my Nonna: cooking underpinned by an Italian hand with years of experience! Casa Bianchi is definitely worth a visit.
This place has such a lovely feel, with so much greenery & a relaxed vibe.
The service is pretty good, and the staff friendly. I've had coffee here a few times & it's always good. It's a while since I ate here & the good is good too. Good range of g/f options
Lovely atmosphere and garden surroundings. Service was really friendly. Ordered the Pesto Pasta and two Schnitzel Salads. Great food and coffee. Will definitely be back.
Recommend the Pumpkin Pesto breakfast but ask for extra toast ❤️

I stopped by Casa Bianchi with husband and baby in tow on a whim to find somewhere quiet to breastfeed. One cup of tea and some sweet treats later I was a convert. This is a lovely space - the combination of the tropical plants, the pond/water fountain we were sitting near and the terrific cakes made it a really lovely interlude. It's expensive (about $30 for a coffee, tea and two gigantic pieces of cake) but I will definitely be back. We shared two pieces of cake: one strawberry flan thing and a chocolate raspberry tart. They were terrific and the slices enormous. Our spot was very tucked away and peaceful so I can't speak for the rest of the cafe but we had a great time and I plan to make it a regular haunt.

I must tell you that before we walked in, I was told to expect to feel like I was back in Thailand (Read more here). To me, I think lots of plants and ponds with lots of koi fish swimming around and that’s exactly what I saw. The name would suggest a Spanish so I found this very interesting.
Went for brekky on a winters day. Was very cosy and warm.
The service was excellent.
I just had bacon and eggs basic but great and perfectly cooked.
Smoothies are delicious and so was coffee.
Overall very happy.
Never been here till today and was staggering how lovely this place is. Beautiful gardens and ponds with fish, dog friendly and free water. Order at counter and in no time out comes the food. Coffee not long after. Was pretty busy too. The serves were very generous and my salmon toast was loaded with salmon and yummy. My other guests had the avocado smash and same thing loaded with avocado. Not the cheapest but worth what we paid. Was about $85 for 3 with tea and coffee. Great place will be a regular for sure. Free byo at night sounds good too.
In the cool green space that was once a nursery, Casa Bianchi in Mt Hawthorn beckons like a calm oasis. Complete with murmuring fountains, koi fish, verdant ferns and trees, shady umbrellas and chilled music, you instantly forget that you are in the midst of a busy inner suburb. I don’t know of any other eatery in Perth that provides such a tranquil and soothing environment. It has the effect of lulling you into a state of calmness, and even though my phone didn’t work while I was there, I think that’s part of the magic of this place.

This place is just fantastic.
FOOD: I had the lamb shoulder - absolute heaven to eat.......could've been a little bigger serve. The Wife - Some type of salad...this was big, tasty and good value.
We also had two fresh smoothies...which were as they say...very fresh and healthy.....yum.
SERVICE: No Complaints at all. The place was busy and the food arrived within 20mins. The drinks arrived within 5 mins.
VALUE: At first I thought it was pricey, but the value is in the quality which was spot on.
AMBIANCE: Takes you away to another place. 10/10
OVERALL: Leaves other places for dead......well done....We'll be back for sure :-)
Great food and excellent coffee, great atmosphere and even though you need to order at the counter the service is fast and your meal is bought to your table. The garden is delightful which creates a lovely armosphere.
The coffee is good, service wonderful, food delicious and the setting is extremely tranquil. I just wish they got eftpos facilities there. I would frequent more often if they did.
The little ones and I come here all the time - the setting is a cool respite in the heat with a calming 'you-don't-feel-like-you're-in-the-city' atmosphere.
The coffees are always on point, the food tasty, the servings are very generous, dogs are welcome and located next to one of my favourite parks.
But why the 3.5 rating - for a few reasons:
1: it's cash only. There is a Westpac nearby but in a cashless society, it's frustrating.
2: it is squeezy for a pram, which is currently a criteria for me
3: There is no real take away food option other than the cakes, which is a shame with the great park nearby

Always have wanted to visit here driving past all the time, and finally made it for a Saturday morning brunch! The setting is just fantastic with so much garden to sit amongst, and the staff were absolutely lovely!!Loved the menu choices, and ultimately decided on the Salmon toast and a freshly squeezed juice. Loved the sizing and the meal!!If you're looking for a great place for breakfast then definitely give this place a go!
Lovely lunch with great service, good food and good atmosphere very nice we always come back! Our little one loves feeding the fish in the pond and staff always willing to give some food for her to do that.
We went to this cafe because it was dog friendly. We brought our little spoodle and enjoyed our all day breakfast meals and fresh juices. Yum. The ambience is lovely as well. We'll be back if we're ever in the area again.
This cafe is a hidden gem, I have driven past this place on many occasions and never thought to stop, I was invited to a breakfast there and loved every minute.
My breakfast was lovely and we sat near the pond and fed the fish, there are so many little hidey holes and places to sit, I wanted to walk around and look at everything. When the waitress collected our drinks, she asked why I didn't finish my latte (sometimes I am fussy with drinks) I explained I was just fussy but she insisted on making me another one free of charge, very impressed with the quality of the staff.
It's not often that you walk into a cafe and want to explore it. And exploring not just their fine collection of patisserie but to actually check out the garden. Word has it that Casa Bianchi is sitting on an old nursery. Not hard to believe when tables and chairs are nestled between plants. Then there's the water fountain with sofa settees under cover. Potential for a private party. After the sight seeing I was in time to enjoy the coffee and cakes.
Beautiful selection of cakes served with vanilla ice cream.
Next time in there for a meal.

This place deserves more good reviews, I've only been once but the service was fast, our lunches we large servings and both so delicious. Enjoyed the surroundings on a winter day. We want to come back with friends and enjoy it again. The prices and servings were great value.
A Little Gem. One of the ladies at the oval where we walk our dogs said it was absolutely beautiful here. So with my mum being over from Adelaide I took her there for coffee and cake. And it was absolutely delightful. I've been here when it was a garden centre and it was lovely to see those gardens still retained but with the added feature of a coffee lounge. My mum and I both enjoy gardens and she was over the moon with the place. Coffee and cakes were very good. So on the strength of that, I took my husband there two weeks later for breakfast. We both loved it. Okay, it is slightly on the expensive side (fruit drinks weren't cheap), but it keeps the riff-raff out! I took photos of the gardens and sent them over to mum so she can remember the beautiful spot it was. Staff were very friendly, also the owner who we chatted with. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful setting and an extensive menu. Food is well prepared and presented but was delivered slowly and not at the same time, not even close. Half drinks came out before and other half after the meal. Strange really! Staff were friendly enough. Sunny day made it a great day to sit in the garden and enjoy the surroundings. Hopefully our experience was unique. Would recommend it though.

The food is tasty and lots of options to choose from including vegetarian. They have a huge cake section to enjoy with your coffee.
Fully licensed so you can enjoy their amazing drinks menu. The ponds located around the table create a holiday vibe that I just loved. Homewares shop with gifts to browse was lovely.
