.............Sunday arvo pub lunch. Pretty good sticky pork belly & seared scallops salad ($26 though....a little rich) onion rings and surf & turf special. The steak was served with double roasted salty & crunchy potatoes with big bbq king prawns on top. Great for a quiet lunch........
I'm going to be honest & thought that this place would be a bit seedy. I was very pleasantly surprised! I met a large group here for dinner & drinks & then watched the band (ok, yes, there was dancing)
The food was really excellent, with very generous portions. Bar service was a little slow but friendly.
I might be a convert to The Paddo!
Visited Wednesday night because my defacto wanted a steak. The special on this night is great, steak, chips, salad and a middy of your choice $19. If you want fish then that's the other option. I ordered the ribs and they were tasty. I think overall it's good quality for a pub feed with the amount you're paying. The atmosphere is nice and family friendly. I wouldn't order anything like pasta or risotto, it's a pub stick to that grub.
Pleasant lunch, the pie special was good. Arrived hot & the pastry crispy. The chips were a bit salty. Had a little difficulty eating salad off a wooden board tho :-/

Visited this place lunch time today.... Lovely place we have been many times before.. like the new decor, delicious food.. great waiter... very grumpy barmaid :(
Excellent food (pizza, burger and fish and chips).
Beer is a little pricey but there are a lot of beers to choose from.
I've eaten here 3 times and will come back but bring down the drink prices please.
Very happy everytime we have come. Mothers and Fathers day events are easy and nicely priced. The event coordinator makes any function a breeze. I can't fault the service or food. All very delicious and as a good pub the servings are very decent!
Been there a couple of times and never been disappointed! Food menu is good and beer list very extensive.
Staff very friendly, just missing the tall comedian on our last visit!

Yes, i couldn't resist and had to have my rib fix last Saturday, being the third week in a row. Again, I went in thinking I'd go with the half kilo or try the reef and beef which I eyes off the very first time at the paddo. There no denying however, that I really came for the 1 kg ribs. Amongst the 3 of us, we ordered 2.5kg of ribs. Craig, (manager) offered to bring the delicious food in one big plate so that we can share and have more room on the table. I couldn't wait for the succulent ribs and west potato wedges to arrive. Again, all previous requests were remembered. You know the place is genuinely interested in their customers when they remember the most simplest things. Even if it's in a review, they still acknowledge it. It makes you feel special as you are listened too....any who....the ribs were to die for. They were just how I like them....perfect amount of basting, not fatty at all which meant I literally left the none clean! Now that's a first for me!!! Meat was sentenced that it was falling off the bone. I couldn't eaten the entire plate!!! Now for the wedges....I prefer then over the fries but fries are great too. They were huge, not really oily, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the outside. Even our friend couldn't believe they were deep fried!!! I know I've reviewed the ribs 3 times now but they truly are amazing! I would love to try the steaks and other food on the menu but really who can resist the ribs!!! Oh and I had a tiny piece left over so I took it home to try the following day. Now, I'm not a fan of eating left over meat the following day due to the taste/smell
But I must say the ribs were great even cold!!! Again, congrats guys and keep up the good work!
Oh and I must acknowledge the staff and service again! It was nearly a full house and the staff were quite efficient with getting the orders, meals out and attending to their patrons.
I promise not to bore anyone and write reviews after each visit but I just wanted to just say that again, ribs were amazing. We went for the 4th in a row last Saturday with another group of friends and they too were impressed and loved the ribs. Other meals were purchased too which were decent.....what I couldn't believe though is that I couldn't finish them last week which was a first.....never mind though, I had left overs for the Sunday and they were darn Good cold too. Keep up the good work guys. Pity I'm busy tonight and can't get my rib fix.
Linguine Arrabbiata $16.5 (August 2014). Really tasty and spicy. Comes with a slice of garlic bread.
A group of us eat at Kimberley's regularly and have never been disappointed with any meal. The service is always speedy also.
Went tonight on a scoopon which can be very hit and miss but loved it good food good service and very accomodating to my two young boy's all round nice experience.
Went with a group of workmates after a bulk purchase of scoopons that worked out as $20 a head for two courses. My first course was calamari rings which looked great and tasted as good as they looked, one of my dining companions ordered the arancini balls which also received rave reviews. Main course for me was the braised beef cheeks which tasted nice but lacked any real oomph which would have made it great, mashed potato on the other hand was delish. General consensus is that it was great value for the $20 each but probably wouldn't pay full price.
Amazing!! Great service & Delicious food. Noeleen took very good care of my partner and I on saturday night. Wonderful service. For entree I had the Vegeterian Polenta stack with roasted mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, and a olive tapenade-Really yummy entree. then for main I had the Steak with salad and a side of vegetables-Juiciest and most succulent steak ive had in a long time! Would definitley go to Kimberleys again! The decor gives a the warm country pub feeling with a european twist

We had a platter supposed serve 2-4 but could prob solve world hunger pro rata, so you know where to go starving nations!
Great Pub, food average. Kimberley's restaurant is part of the Paddo, its not really a seperate restarant its part of the pub, the food is average at best and overpriced for what it is, But overall this is a great pub, a huge selection of beers and a large venue with different areas dotted around a massive central bar area.
Extremely busy when sport is on, especially when its Rugby.
I wouldnt go here to eat and I suspect it survives as a restaurant based on people feeling hungry after a few beers.
I'd give Kimberleys a miss but the Paddo itself is a great pub.
