Since moving to Mount Isa, the Isa Hotel's Rodeo Restaurant has been one of my favorite place to eat and have drinks. I love the vibe here (decor, music, location). The staff are also really friendly and helpful! Their sweet potato fries are absolutely amazing 😍

Decided I wanted something unusual so ordered the kangaroo tail. Waited 40 minutes to receive the worst meal I've had the misfortune of being served. Overcooked meat, ligaments and bone with a terrible flavour was what I was given. It was unpalatable and inedible and should be taken off the menu.
