To the lovely lady who served us tonight at 7pm, 14/06/22. You made one of the best subs we’ve ever had and your customer service was amazing. I used to work at Subway many years ago and have always been judgey on how people make my sub but you honestly were perfect in my eyes. 😉
A sandwich artist’s hair found it’s way into my tuna salad footlong, I didn’t know this was an option at subway I will definitely be asking for more hair next time I visit.

Great to experience excellent customer service. I was acknowledged as soon I approached the counter by a young guy, who asked me if I was ok to wait while someone will be able to serve you. I colleague then appeared and progressed effectively with my order. Such a positive experience these days seem
a kid named joseph served me, very rude service, had to repeat my order multiple times and i couldn't see him over the counter. i come subway regularly but i think i might have to stop coming to this one. highly did not appreciate him yelling at me.
The staff is friendly and provides good service. I love subway I get to choose my food toppings and they have good choices to choose from. The meat and salads always look fresh when I go there and their bread fresh and delicious goes well with their toppings.
The girl working today (apologies I didn’t catch the name tag) always makes 10/10 subs and should be acknowledged for it! Especially considering her subs are made to perfection even when they’re flat out busy. Thanks so much 😊
