Today, I purchased a chocolate sponge cake and it was rock hard and stale. I always used to get the cake from Westfield Parramatta and never had a single complain. As a returning happy customer of same franchise this was a really bad experience.

We were in the area looking for a coffee place on Easter Saturday (which is not a public holiday). Had a disabled relative with us, so we checked online to make sure it was open, and yes, it said it was. Coffee standard remains at if not slightly above the benchmark you'd expect from any other Michel's store. However, nothing beats my extra hot extra shot extra choc mocha from the Pemulwuy store!

Horrible coffee. Got a FW this morning and i just pour it down the sink. The lady has no barista skills and it taste nothing like coffee. Not again !waste of money

Ordered Soy Latte, the cafe use cheap home brand milk, coffee extract from machine was also not fresh as per the order. This was the most horrible experience ever.

Purchased birthday cakes a number of times. Very friendly customer service who go out of their way to help you out.

Poor customer service experience. Teach the lady at the counter to speak to customers courteously and with more respect.
