First time there with myself and my dad. Ordered a beef pho and steamed rice with crispy chicken. We waited for more than 45 minutes before dishes arrived and one of the order was wrong. These dishes would have come out in Springvale in less than 10 min.

Excellent customer service. Something you just don’t get these days in Melbourne. From delicious meals to steamed towels, the customer experience we received, was next to nothing I’ve experienced.
Delicious bowl of pho. Nice service. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Definitely recommend a meal here.
Update:. The "com tam" here is among the best you can get in Melbourne. Their method with the pork chop makes it outstanding.

The floor is so stinky and there is no one in the restaurant but they took ages to deliver.
Good atmosphere. Staff is friendly, prompt and courteous. Food is average. Serving size is average. Pricing is on the mid range. They serve a complimentary desert and hot towel after the meal which makes us refreshed.
