Review Cannoli & Co - Mount Waverley

Long black was really nice, almond croissant šŸ„ was also good but I prefer the plain one not the chocolate one

Vera was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to organise some cannoli for my Italian party. The selection of flavours were a big hit and everyone enjoyed them. Thank you so much Kerryn

Oddly enough, there are no cannoli's on display! You buy them on trust after asking about them. I purchased a chocolate one for $5. I'm not a fan of this particular custard, it doesn't seem authentic. But the pastry is really crunchy. A little overpriced for the size you get.

Absolutely disgusting. Horrible service, no water upon arrival, no one telling us if we order at the counter or if itā€™s table service. I ordered a freshly squeezed juice with apple, orange, ginger and spinach, and there was so much ginger it was spicy my mother couldnā€™t even drink it. But I didnā€™t say anything because people make mistakes. Iā€™m vegan, so upon looking at the menu I thought the breakfast bruschetta with tomato, avocado, gluten free bread and olive crumble looked nice, only to have it served 35 minutes later with feta on top and butter on the bread that was not mentioned on the menu. When my mother went to pay, the owner was horribly rude, charging my mother $18 for the meal, when in the many it says $18 with eggs, upon pointing this out to the owner he scoffs that he will then charge $16 instead, continuously being rude and stating ā€œI have been here 24 years and I will charge what I want to chargeā€ and then ending the conversation by calling my mother ā€œBroadmeadowsā€. Absolutely disgusting experience, never go to this place as it was a horrible feeling as customers and to witness my mother being treated like she was- as a paying customer!! I would rate 0 stars if possible.

I didnā€™t know it was possible to ruin an iced chocolate... itā€™s pretty much just ice cream and chocolate topping! Somehow his place managed to exceed my worst expectations. Do not eat here unless you want to pay exorbitant prices and receive little in return for your hard earned cash. Their feta avo smash is tolerable if you donā€™t want to eat feta, and while their olive crumb is quite good, I wouldnā€™t pay $17 for it.

Don't normally writes reviews, bad ones less so. The food yesterday was awful and one waitress who seemed to be high on 20 coffees. She kept slamming the cupboard doors and when serving the tables just dropped the items on there, making such a load noise. Clearly unskilled or inexperienced to handle busy times and an awful attitude to boot. Never again.

It was a bit underwhelming. Coffee was not wonderful and the service was rather lacking, the coffee order not being filled properly. Perhaps on a busy day more than one waiting staff member was necessary. And it was quite expensive. There are probably better options in Pinewood.

This place has a lovely relaxed vibe and the staff are charmingly sweet. Great coffee and amazing cannoli! They also have a decent range of cafe meals from brunchie favourites to burgers, pasta and delicious minestrone! Happy to recommend :)

Wonderful cafe with a warm friendly atmosphere. Great coffee & great food. Lots of deserts including the delicious cannoliā€™s. Will definitely come back again. A+++

Undercooked risotto.
Flavours were not bad except this Parmesan that was folded through the dishes had a quirky taste, not off but just different. Then found a nice long hair in one of the risottos which put me off and left me hungry at lunchtime.

Not a bad cannoli , just thought it was a little too sweet. Thought it was bit expensive for a cannoli as well. Lovely customer service though

Friendly staff but in my honest opinion what was served wasn't great.
We started with coffee, a latte and a flat white.
Neither tasted that good.
I had the chicken Caesar salad which was just ok. The chicken was cold, which suggested it may have come from the fridge. Every other chicken Caesar salad I've ever had, the chicken was hot/warm, which to me means it's been cooked fresh.
My girlfriend had the chicken parma which I tasted and it was bland and lacking flavor.
Walking in you get a real sense of what a beautiful cafe should look like.Ā The food is fantastic (do yourself a favour and try the gnocchi) and the coffee is the best in the area. I've been here a few times now and it's a great place to have lunch with friends or meet for a business catch up.

This place is amazingšŸ˜ went with a friend for brunch and tried the chilli scrambled eggs and loved it! Not to mention we managed to treat ourselves to their famous cannoli, it was to die for! A must try!!! Im usually very picky with my coffee but Cannoli and Co does not disappoint! Staff were very accommodating and i will definitely be re-visiting again.

We live locally and thought we'd give it a go for breakfast.
We both had an iced coffee which was lovely, nice and strong but not sweet.
Unfortunately breakfast wasn't quite as good. Both of us were unimpressed with 2 poached eggs on a single piece of (unbuttered) toast on a plastic plate.
Will probably return for a coffee and maybe try a muffin or cake because inside was lovely and clean and not noisy but not again for breakfast.
