Review Subway - Mount Waverley

We placed an online order and arrived a couple minutes before the advised pick up time and they hadn't even started making it yet. Instead they made all the in store orders (including for people who arrived after me) before they even started making my order. I waited over 10 minutes for an online order when people ordering at the counter where in and out much quicker, so what even is the point of online ordering with service like this!

Yesterday’s order was pathetic not sure if it was a new person taking orders - the toasted breads were burnt all 3 that we had ordered and patties interchanged to what we ordered. The burnt smell was so much we could eat most parts of it …It was only after we got home so couldn’t go back to return them 😱

Normally pretty good, but they are still listed on Google Maps as being open til 10pm, but I have tried buying from here on Thursday nights 3 times this month and they were closed each time. The first time was sometime around 9.45pm, so the next week I tried 9.00, then 8.30 the next time. The Glen Waverley store was closed at 5pm tonight, despite still being listed on Google Maps as closing at 10pm. They have temporary hours posted on the door, but even these state that closing time is supposed to be 7pm. If you want Subway in this area anytime after 5pm, save yourself some frustration and head straight for the Burwood One store near the 24hr Kmart.

For some reason this Subway is never open. Everytime that I have come here from early evening till 9pm it is always closed. Their own listed open times at the store notes till 10pm which needs to be updated as well as open times updated on Google maps

Exceptional customer service by the young man that served me at approximately 7pm on thursday the 10th of March 2022. Brilliant skills displayed serving a diverse range of customers in the line, including people with disabilities and young kids. Awesome, inspiring work.

We had eat in lunch at this restaurant. The place was really dirty, rubbish on the floors and chairs still on the tables. The tables hadn't been wiped down possibly from the day before. Really surprising and quite disappointing. Food was average as was the service.

Worst customer service, i ordered a veggie delight today nd asked for no meat nd no cheese only salad pls I found a chicken in my sub and when i went back to let her know that lady was very rude to me just keep on saying ok ok “Did u see me putting chicken into ur salad then how come u found chicken in your salad” She dint apologise once, instead kept saying how you get chicken in salad ,was very very rude to me On asking if i can see your manager replied in a very rude way” we dnt have manager here i am the supervisor “ Worst experience definitely we all workmates are not going to them again

I was being served by a young lady everything was fine until her wart on her forehead fell straight into my sandwich. I was to embarrassed to mention it so I just threw the sub out after paying.
