I feel a little bad giving this restaurant a 3.5 because often it deserves more - the food here is good, sometimes really good and then other times just good. When you get a cracker of a meal you love it and when you get them on a just good night you cant help but feel a little let down because you know how much better they often are. That doesn't stop me ordering though for two reasons: I do love their food and they deliver!!The food comes fresh and hot and often times delivered by a chef!! This is my go to Indian restaurant and one I recommend to people. The flavours are full, clean, authentic, the pickles/raita are great the pappadums crunchy, the Naan and roti delicious....the menu offers more than enough options. They don't stint on the meat to gravy ratios and when they say it is hot - it is! I love their food and no doubt be ordering some within the next week!! I just wonder if I will be getting just good or really good?
Food was so yumm! Garlic naan and birayani was excellent quality, must order rasoi pallater for entree ,really enjoyed,i hope to come back soon..
Great food, great service, great quality. Best restaurant i've ever been. Worth while. Must ask for keema stuffed naan. Delicious. By far the best in the area and better than any i tried in the city to date.
Amazing! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Butter chicken is to die for, great naan!
Really delicious food - the pumpkin masala especially - and very patient when we ate/made lots of mess with small kids!! Had takeaway too - would definitely recommend!!
Good food, good prices, quick service. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff are great on the phone and know the menu inside-out; the prices are better than other Indian takeaways, and the quality of the food is great.
We had butter chicken, mixed vegetable curry, garlic naan, saffron rice and papadums. Everything was great - my only criticism is that the butter chicken was a little light on the chicken.
Will definitely be eating here again!
Have had take away twice now and really enjoyed it. The curries are fresh and full of flavor. The meat is very good quality (tender & fresh) which you don't always get with curry. I agree though that there could be more meat in the curries, they are a little light on.
Love it, flavoursome food. Had takeaway a fair few times. Tried the chicken jalfrezi, tikka masala (love that there's loads of onion and capsicum) and the lamb korma - all yum. I agree with the other reviewer that the naan bread isn't great, but it doesn't stop me going.
Great flavoursome curries tried the lime prawns, chicken vindaloo, chicken tikka masala only negative was the naan bread which was a bit dried out. However will be back
Quality Indian restaurant comes to Mt.Martha. We were always a fan of the Rasoi in Mt.Eliza and were delighted when they opened another restaurant in Mt.Martha.The food is real quality with very authentic and delicious flavours. The service is friendly and professional and the current BYO is a bonus. The only negative is that it can get a little noisy but for food like this just call it ambience and get on with it.Strongly reccomended.
