Best cellar door we tried in Mudgee. All the wines had distinct flavours and lived up to their reputation and tasting notes. Anita was very friendly and accommodating and made the whole family feel welcomed. Favourite was the Sparkling Pinot Noir and Shiraz Riesling.

Since we went in Christmas holidays. Most wineries were closed. On a friend’s recommendation we had gone here for a wine tasting. The restaurant was shut but we did the wine tasting. Staff is friendly, attentive and had good knowledge about the wines. We bought few good wines after the tasting. They have won awards for few of their wines like Reisling. If you are in Mudgee. This winery is a must try. They also have a vintage motorbike museum .

My wife and I visited Robert Stein winery twice over the past weekend. Not only was the wine absolutely fantastic but the service we received from Anita was easily the stand out of our whole trip. Her knowledge of the wines we tasted and the welcoming way she looked after us was second to none. Well done Robert Stein winery on finding someone as good as this.

Spent the afternoon enjoying exquisite wine and fantastic service. Geoff's knowledge on wine (and food pairing!) was incredible, and a true highlight whilst we tasted our way through their menu. Recommended for quality of wine, excellence in service and a first rate atmosphere.

Lovely winery with lovely hosts. Only vineyard I've found that has a 2020 vintage red due to bushfires. Actually had a very unique smokiness. Definitely a great place to visit

Visited this place a few weeks back when we were in Mudgee. My partner organised platters for us for lunch and they were so beautiful! Everything was fresh and locally sourced. The truffle salami was a fan favourite so we bought 4 before we left! Sharon looked after us and she was fantastic! Will be back soon!

This has to be my favourite cellar door in Mudgee. The pours were quite generous and you never felt rushed. Make sure you book ahead for either the restaurant or cellar door as this place is popular. They don't normally let you taste the sparkling Shiraz but that was the highlight of their wines. The Rieslings are outstanding and so was the Shiraz voigner. I highly recommend a visit
