Review Mcdonald's - Murray Bridge

I think they don't do quality control check here. Most of the time the orders are either incorrect or incomplete. Most recent disappointment was when I specifically upgraded my small frozen drink (paying few extra bucks) to a large one. We picked it through drive through. When I opened cup it's like I paid extra for nothing. The large cup was barely half full. Please sea picture below.

Edit; unfortunately my previous review is no longer true. This place is extremely unhygienic. No masks, hairnets, wearing nail polish, hair not up / clearly not contained (hair in food). These employees and managers need to wake up and retake hospitality courses. Constantly rubbish everywhere. I love coming here roughly once a week. The fries are always something you have to wait on. Sometimes food itself can take a while due to other orders but it's to be expected. The food is nice, facilities are fine. Sometimes the order machines break and the staff doesn't get your order right but besides that it's not a bad environment, tho it would be nice if rubbish was taken off the tables more. Also, the bathroom is always clean and smells lovely.

Got some muffins and ice lattes. Ordered the muffins fresh, and they were beautiful. Ice lattes were made perfectly, not to much ice and the coffee wasn’t burnt. Very impressed, will drop past here again when I am in town

Australiano coffee has an interesting taste. The banana bread lacked banana taste and was very toasted. Hash Browns and regular coffee and hot chocolate was good. Excellent young guy taking our order, happy, expressive and professional.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience was disgusting. Staff were touching the bins and then putting their hands on the drinks and food. Our order came out wrong, even after we had specified multiple times. The entire meal was cold. The chips were half empty and brown. The burgers had been thrown in the box carelessly. Just an all round really disappointing experience. Pays to support local I guess. Lesson learnt.

I ordered a single large fries and it took 15 minutes of me watching other people get their orders before I decided to just walk out. Not a single member of staff approached me or even indicated a wait time. Definitely will not be recommending this stop to my caravan group.

More blow flys inside than I could count, bins were full in the eating area and over flowing in the toilets with dirty nappies. Also had to wipe clean my own table. 100 percent of staff working behind the counter and while none attending to the restaurant side.

The 5 star rating I have given is so far only for the amazing Barista coffees that I've had at McDonald's. I think they're up there with the other great Barista's in town. Unique and yummy 😋!
