Wow! I would travel to Tweed again just to go here. They have one of the best vanilla slices. I tried an almond croissant for the first time and I had small portions from my wife’s cheesecake and macaroons and they were just so good. If you ever head to Tweed, don’t hesitate stopping by here if you have a sweet tooth.
This was a great find. The cakes and croissants were absolutely delicious. The service was good though the counter staff didn't seem to know much about the pastries on sale. Still, the coffee was good and everything is apparently made with local ingredients where possible, which is good. They have also won several awards and medals, proudly displayed on the walls.
The best Vanilla Slice in Australia. Beats Geeveson Tasmania which was top of my list 'til I had the pleasure of finding this one 👀
We were lucky to catch them open on a Wednesday. Chose a choc eclair, which tasted as good as it looked and an oat milk latte. Lovely service :)
Ben's Patisserie has the best croissants and coffee but especially the croissants and lovely staff did I mention the croissants, warm soft and crunchy oh bliss🥐🥐🍵
Go there before 9am! Most of the stuff if sold out otherwise. Very good macarons
Award winning, delicious, French pastries. Friendly, cheerful, personal service. Easy parking, easy to find. Vegetarian options available. Vegans and gluten-free folks can enjoy the beverage selection and happy atmosphere.
I was passing through this area on business and the company I was working for supplied delicacies from this place for morning tea. They were SO delicious and authentically made that I had to visit the patisserie myself after work. The owner (Ben) couldn't have been more welcoming and every morsel Ben creates is decadently amazing. You must eat something here if passing through. If you're a local, I'm jealous!
