I am regular customer there but their coffee standards are going down. Everyday. Even gas stations coffees are awesome compared to them. I would like them to raise their standards up as it used to be.
Ordered a McMuffin meal on the app shortly before 10:30am. Made me wait at drive thru without acknowledging me and then I get to first window and they say cancelled the McMuffin order because it is after 10:30am. It was 10:32 am. They deliberately made me wait so they could cancel my order. Ridiculo
When to McDonald’s after 10:30am because I wanted the mcplant burger and the manager said they haven’t had that burger for a few months. If something isn’t available anymore take it off your website menu McDonald’s it’s too confusing and disappointing that McDonald’s hasn’t got a vegetarian or vegan
If I could give less than zero I would! I watched a burger that had been on the floor be put into a drive through bag and if I hadn’t pointed it out would’ve been served! The manager took from teenager who then put it in bag! Terrible management!! Booooo

Just ordered a double quarter pounder with no pikles. I‘ve got a burger with only one beef patty and obviously the pickles were just taken off. Also I‘ve ordered a beef cheesy burger witch looks like it was already eaten by someone.
Was a little bit of long wait. I went into the restaurant and it seemed the staff were prioritising the drive thru customers
One lady acted rude and gave me stone cold and stale chips not filled! And am I toasted cheese and tomatoe toastie.
