Had a lovely meal here. Started with the entree of dips. Very happy with the selection. I ordered the porterhouse fillet for mains medium rare. Came out exactly as I liked it. Well presented too. Had the scones and Jam for dessert. Overall an excellent experience, great customer service and a relaxed atmosphere. 5 stars! 😊

Stayed nearby at another winery & whilst looking for somewhere to eat with my husband (food at the place we stayed was just okay!), I luckily stumbled upon this place! SO glad I did. Loveliest lady served us, the setting was gorgeous even got to feed the goats! Food & drinks DELICIOUS! Perfect spot to visit if you ever near or passing!

Excellent delicious food available.Good customer friendly staff to help the customers all through the stay. Good accessibility for all the cars as it is alongside the main road. Good accessibility for all the wheelchair entrants. Excellent ambience and outstanding views from within the hotel.

Great food, location, view, service. We were a bit worried at first if the kids would be welcome and looked after, due to the incredible first impression. But Absolutely superb! We will definitely revisit when we are back in the area.

Unless you are a local, you would have have to be " in the know" about this one. Providing meals of the highest quality using local produce at reasonable prices, it is highly recommended. Add to this the excellent views, the friendly and helpful staff who really make you feel at home, and of course, the excellent wine list. It doesn't get any better than that

Tastefully decorated in a peaceful spot with picturesque views and an eclectic menu to suit most tastes. This gem of a place was an accidental find driving through the area but we will definitely be back. My family ordered the bbq beef brisket, pork belly on risotto, flathead and chips and arancini balls. Very generous serves left us wishing there was room for dessert or the fluffy looking scones. Service was prompt, professional and also kid friendly

We went with 7 people, entrees were awesome they especially loved the pork belly. It was that good that next time ( yes we will go there again and again) they would have the pork belly as a main. Most of us had the steak for dinner and said it was the best they had in a long time. Cooked just how they had ordered it. The entree and meal size is huge. So far i have been to Le Penelope's for a breakfast , lunch and dinner and will definately go back again. Beautiful views especially at night, lovely staff, very relaxing and fantastic food. What is not to like about this place? Beautiful scenery, lovely attentive staff and great food. If you are visiting the Nagambie Lakes region it is a must visit destination. :)

A beautiful restaurant in an idyllic setting. The staff are courteous and efficient and the menu, although not extensive, is absolutely wonderful. Anyone with a free Saturday or Sunday will really enjoy this little patch of heaven.

Whole atmosphere and service was amazing both at wedding and post wedding breakfast. Nothing was too much hassle for staff and they were amaxing���������

Had our wedding ceremony and reception here on Friday 12th May (2017). Anne and Heath had the venue looking fantastic, and Penelope and Ian made the best canapés and food we've experienced. The whole experience, from when we first enquired to the actual day, was relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. The venue, with the vines and lake in the background, looked beautiful. All our guests remarked how good it was. (Updated previous post)

Beautiful place for your function or just a meal, incredibly relaxed comfortable setting, awesome views, great staff, and Penelope couldn’t be more helpful. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Now there is another reason besides the Black Caviar statue, to turn off the GV Highway into Nagambie. And then take a turn down to Le Penelope's. The Lovely rural setting complete with sheep, water, windmills, and an adorable dog and you get to look out on this picturesque backdrop as you enjoy the tasty delicious food. We had a table to celebrate a combined family 80th birthday. the wonderful setting, fabulous food which was beautifully cooked , and super friendly informative staff made the day a huge enjoyment. I hope lots of people make the effort to turn off down towards Kirwans bridge Allow a few hours to soak In the relaxing environment �

Such a great place for a Sunday lunch catch up. Lovely food and very nice coffee, over looking the Goulburn River and grape vines.
