Review Subway - Narellan

Placed an order through Menulog. Paid extra for avacado and got nothing for extra money. Then I went through the reviews in Menulog to find out that its kind of normal for them to miss few things in the order. Poor quality sub - literally I could count the number of spinach leaves. Poor strategy to save costs. Do not recommend online ordering although service in store may be better (I haven't been in though)

Service can be a little slow. Although the ingredients are fresh many times a need to ask for more salads on my sub as they are very sparing when making your sub. Cleanliness of the store could be improved. Overall above average.

The woman behind the counter needs a hug. FYI my bread this morning was stale AF but all good as it’s the first time it’s happened.

They have yet to respond to my concerns raised in support ticket concerning service and loyalty app.. Not good enough..

We had two orders. One with ham, another with veggie patty. The server suggested two separate sauces and we graciously accepted. Upon dining on this feast our eyes teared up with joy. It was a good sandwich. That server, Andrew, is what separates a subway sandwich maker from a subway sandwich artist.

terrible service, both girls working were rude, didn’t make any eye contact or speak politely whatsoever. making sandwiches isn’t hard, especially when you’re getting paid to do it. there was no one in there when we walked in and they were still rude and snobby. one was also wearing a mask and the other wasnt, which defeats the purpose of a mask??

Went in today and the service was slow but behind the counter were 4 trainees and a hard working manager. The team did a great job and were all working hard and learning. We’ve all been there. Thanks for a nice lunch!
