Review The Coffee Club - Narellan

Staff are always helpful and friendly, we ordered a flat grill before which was delicious and i would recommend however just recently we ordered two drinks to take away. A iced coffee and Strawberry lemonade fruit frappe. The frappe was delicious but the iced coffee tasted like milked down caramel milkshake and i could not drink as i don't like caramel and it was way too much milk. Would not ever order again Overall i would return and recommend

Floor and tables were dirty. Asked a staff member to remove the bread crusts and cake from under our table and only half cleaned it. Ordered two cakes and two coffees. My cheesecake was warm and rubbery. Dishes had been washed but not well and had smudges all over them. Coffee was nice at least.

First , the wait was not great but I understand as it’s a busy morning alike any other Saturday. We ordered the Salmon version of the food and they proceeded to give us the wrong food twice and we ended up completely leaving with half of what we paid for. Second , the guy took my partners finished drink and proceeded to take my half drank glass which was clear and I said “ahh that is not finished.” , and he thought it was funny and laughed about it to every co worker around. Every person who works here just takes the plates whether it is done or not. I had my plate taken with half of my stuff still on it. I suggest training your staff to actually speak to customers and gain some customer service skills , maybe a smile ? A simple “is this okay to clear?” Or “all finished?” It is so simple, if you cannot say that, to avoid an angry customer, then hospitality isn’t the work environment for you. I’ve trained 15 year olds who have better people skills then this. This is disgusting. Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever received. What an actual joke. Do better. Learn. Improve.

Need to train staff on customer service. Hygiene lacking around seating areas and tables.. need to train staff or at least do a refresher. I know prices have gone up in all areas but using smaller plates and buffing up the bread to hide the lack of fillings will only push customers away. They definitely need to re evaluate their business plan for the future

Service and coffee were good (two stars) but the food was lacklustre (minus three stars). I would stick to their coffees, but stay away from the food. The eggs Benedict was not that great (ciabatta was too much), it just looked very unloved and, if eggs Benedict can look fatigue, this would be it. However, I have to give the cook some credit, the poached eggs were perfectly runny. Definitely stick to their coffees, not the food.

I say this was my worst experience of having breakfast at the coffee club- Narellan. I ordered a ham cheese toasted croissant and was very disappointed on what I received. The croissant was the worst I’ve had in 50!years. Stale, cold & taste was bitter. Coffee was not much better. No more Coffee Clubs for me.😡👎

Delicious and always such lovely staff, it's gard to find a place that makes delicious food and has amazing kind mannered staff at the same time. I usually find that if the staff are terrible they make amazing food, if they are nice the food is terrible but this one here is rare indeed 👌 Will always come back for sure.

Our company, Kennedy Civil, purchases coffee every day, if not 2-3 times a day, from The Coffee Club Narellan. Not only do we continue going back due to a great brew, but the customer service we are given is something you do not find too often these days!! The staff are lovely, they always greet us with a friendly demeanor and often offer to help carry orders back to our office when we cant manage with just one set of hands. Highly recommend and will continue supporting such great service.
