Delicious and juicy chicken!!! Customer service was excellent and quite friendly service too! Restaurant is neat and clean ! Recommended

Overall it was OK. Would I rush back, no. They request you order at the table through your phone, however this didn't work on my phone nor my friends. So we had a get a menu, there were none, we had to take the only one at the counter. There was a long queue out the door for food, only 1 person serving. Lots of staff just waiting to take food out. Food came out incorrect. So we had to take it back. My wrap was nice but very quickly went cold because the wrap and it's contents were fridge temp. Would be good to toast slightly so it's not instantly cold when it arrives at the table. There wasn't a lot of chicken in the wrap which was disappointing. Garlic bread wasn't cooked well it was very soggy. Also no plastic cups for kids only glass.

The food is delicious! The staff are always friendly. Our take out order is made in a timely manner. This is our 'go to place' at least once a week. UPDATED A hair in the spicy rice A hair in the chicken ribs 4 burnt chicken ribs Mistakes can happen but this is a health and safety issue, the manager should provide proper training! Teach your staff not to expect customers to eat burnt food. Very disappointed.

Worst food quality. Ordered four burgers with chips and drinks. The buns were super cold and chewy. Chicken fillets were poorly prepared, lettuce inside were rotten and black. I should have complained to food safety authority. My kids and myself were feeling sick in stomach after having those burgers. Never ever going to nandos again

After sitting down we tried to view the menu using their QR code. The website was incredibly slow and kept freezing. After trying for quite a while I went up to the counter to ask for a menu. The staff all seemed very busy making menu log bags and I couldn't get anyone's attention so I helped myself to a menu from the counter. We tried multiple times to order online, before we gave up and left. None of the staff came to check if we needed help and while we were sitting there trying to access the ordering system multiple tables left and no one came out to clean the table so we didn't have the opportunity to get someone's attention.

Absolutely awful customer service. Have contacted 2 different ways and received no response. Asked for mild received ridiculously spicy wasn’t great for a child let alone myself. The items were not edible.

Ordered a whole chicken with 2 sides chips and coleslaw waited a good 20 mins for our meal. finally when the food arrived the chicken was cold! Chips was also cold coleslaw had no dressing. Not happy

The food from Nando’s Narellan is beyond amazing every time, and a big shout out to Dylan! Best customer service ever!
