My Family has AGREED , THE BEST TASTING DOMINOES PIZZA WE HAVE HAD..Excellent Toppings , Thin Crust Cooked to Perfection. Mgr Luke was extremely helpful on the phone. Ordered Sat 9/7/22 20.30hrs , 1Supreme , 1 Hawaiian , 1 Chicken & Bacon . 2 Sides. Pizzas arrived in 30mins , HOT , FRESH and TOTALLY DELICIOUS. GOOD JOB DOMINOES TEAM NARELLAN..

Ordered two cheese pizzas for my kids. The quality was shocking (see pics for proof). My kids ate one slice and were turned off. Had to go back to get them fixed. No apology for wasting my time. Will think twice before going back

I do not recommend, service is appalling. Waiting 1 and a half hours for a cheese pizza to be delivered, when I only live an 8 minute drive away. Then when I call to check where it is, I am treated like a joke and can't be given an accurate ETA. I chose to cancel the order and be refunded. Dont waste your time, make your own pizza - it's faster. Luke is no manager but just a clown running a circus.

Terrible service, the delivery took 40 min to arrived. The pizza was cold for obvious reasons. I order large and they sent a small version of it… better real Italian options around so don’t bother

This is double beef and onion Thank God its double otherwise there would be no beef at all.

This has to be the worst takeaway store in narellan/Camden area. The delivery times is never right. So you probably won’t get your order within 1 an a half hours. They forget half your order majority of the time. You are better off saving your money for a different takeaway dinner.

The service is always super slow. The app time doesnt matter as its incorrect. Last time I ordered a choco lava and they took 40 mints over the app time.

ordered a vegetarian pizza for pick up and I found bacon in my pizza, I have an Indian background and its against my religion to eat bacon, called up dominos in narellan and spoke to the manager Brodie and he was really rude and wasn't understanding of the situation I asked him to deliver me another vegetarian pizza to my house which is 10 mins away and he refused and said I ordered pick up and I was only allowed to pick up, I kept trying to explain over the phone telling them to deliver to my house as I had already been waiting for the pizza in the line and I had made the order for my pizza at 4pm to be picked up at 7pm, I had told him to deliver it to me as their team had made a careless move in putting bacon in a vegetarian pizza which I cannot eat its against my religion, I also came across this bad piece of tomato, did I pay $48 to eat a tomato like that?? I payed money for my pizza and I expect the quality to be decent, I had also told him I wasn't able to come pick it up as it was late and I questioned him that I relied on dominos to provide for my dinner and he's response was it's not my problem, really? is that the customer service we get?? ive been getting my pizza from dominos for the last 7 years, never again am I getting my pizza from dominos you've just lost a customer, its against my religion to eat bacon and I expect serious action to be taken against this, very disappointed
