Review Zambrero - Narellan

Went here a fortnight ago and was pleasantly surprised as last time at the Campbelltown one was woeful. I ordered corn chips with guacamole and beans and watched them make it up. Certainly not huge servings but it was enjoyable. Reminds me of subway I guess but service was very friendly which always helps. Guzman is my go to as their corn chips rock and good size servings. But considering it’s a bit cheaper and charity is involved it’s worth four stars.

Healthier option, servings could be bigger, food can be bland as the meat isn't in sauce, so remember to add sauces (lots to choose from). Meat is served cold and then warmed when toasted or grilled, making Guzman y Gomez meat way better (kept hot and in a savoury sauce) in my opinion. Servers friendly and nice even though we came 10min before closing, we appreciated their hospitality.

Super tasty and healthy as well. My boys loved it and ate half of mine. Luckily the food is filling so I didn't mind. I ordered nachos for the boys and a chicken burrito for myself. A nice break from cooking dinner. I didn't need to feel guilty that they weren't eating veggies like I would with other takeaway food. An added bonus every meal you buy means that one is donated to someone in need.

Definitely don’t visit thinking you’re about to get some authentic mexican food. If you’re up for a salad with a twist it’s a good restaurant to stop by. Compared to Guzman Y Gomez and Mad Mex, it’s very far behind. The meat I was served was far from fresh as well as the rice. It took up about an eight if he space of my bowl. The salad part was good. but I wasn’t there for a salad

The kids bowl and my husband's burrito bowl looked like slop. Very unappealing, my daughter wouldn't touch it and instead opted to share my burrito, which was delicious! They never seem to be able to get an order right either, the kids bowl was missing the cauliflower ordered and instead had some brown mush, and no chips. Otherwise quite tasty.

To say I'm furious is an understatement. I called you guys and ordered on menu logg while I was on the phone so you knew the order was coming in any minute, I hang up and it just says pending approval so I start calling you for an hour straight and no answer now then my order came back cancelled but the $30 had already left my account. That was my last 30 for dinner tonight because I don't get my sick pay from work until tomorrow so now me and my son have to go without dinner and what infuriates me the most is the fact that you knew I made my order. Can't believe it

When this place has all the ingredients advertised it’s great. Since 1 out of 5 times it has no vegan cheese or no vegan sour cream or both I think they need to take vegan options off their advertising. Hopeless.

Flavour less and unpleasant compared to other burritos nearby. Fix up your act. I used to love getting Zambrero when I was in Fremantle. Be as good as them.
