Lovely family owned business to sit and dine at. Me and the family loved the tandoori prawns, butter chicken and the chicken 65. Apart from the delicious mouth watering dishes, there friendly staff was more than accommodating of all our needs. Arya Indian restaurant will see us again soon.
This is one of the greatest Indian restaurants in Melbourne. I love that it’s a family owned business and their customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced- they treat you like family. Not to mention the food is 10/10 for me. Highly recommend!

THE BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT, I been to many Indian restaurants but this place is Amazing The food is Awesome ! The Balti Curry was one of the best curries I had The Lamb cutlets, Gobi Manchurian is my favourite and their BUTTER CHICKEN is the BEST!! This place is well worth visiting. The level of attention to customer service here is very high and never seen this kind of service anywhere else! Outstanding!

Family business providing 5 star food and service. The portion size beyond ample with often we are left ordering more than we can eat which is fine cause we take for the next day. My favourites are the entree platter, palak paneer naans of various variety. Highly recommend for an authentic Indian encounter.

Arya Restaurant is simply the best and incomparable with any other party organising places/restaurants around!! We went to organise our daughters First Birthday. The Manager/Owner Mana took great care of us, in such a way that we just took a back seat and enjoyed the party. All guests were really happy. Food was so delicious and very well presented. Cleanliness, toilets, floors everything was exceptional. Most importantly staff were so friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable for such tasty food and great service. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone for parties small or big for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

The moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming - we were seated right away! We ordered the chicken tikka which were OUTSTANDING. Generous serving for an entree and absolutely delicious. For mains we ordered the roghan Josh and saagwala with a side of rice and naan bread. They tasted so authentic and delicious. The service was really quick and the staff were so attentive. We loved it and will definitely be back again. YUM!!!
This is a gem of a restaurant, and it's well worth the drive out to Narre Warren. It's beautifully appointed, but surprising economical. We had the Chicken 65, Palak Paneer and Goat Curry with rice. Diners have a choice of mild, medium or hot for some of the curries, and we found the "medium" goat curry quite spicy.The Chicken 65 made our taste buds sing, and zing. The plain sweet lassi was eye-rollingly good. We explained that we were in a rush, and had only one hour to put it all away. The lady who waited on us was true to her word, and the food arrived quickly so we could make short work of it, regrettably. They packed our left overs for us to take away, and i'm gleefully tucking in as I write this. Make the trip - it's well worth it. Bring your family. Bring your friends.

Food is excellent, sevice amazing and staff are very friendly and courteous. The owner, Mana goes out of her way to make her repeat customers feel special, even goes out of her way to make birthday/anniversary celebrations extra special. I have always had a fantastic meal here. Every dish you have here is made with love & passion even though they have a very broad menu. Excellent value for money as well.

Absolutely love this place for an authentic, cultural indian night out that serves some mouth watering curries (must try the butter chicken and malai kofta) with a clean, modern ambience.
First time there tonight. Food was wonderful, staff were attentive and friendly. Definitely will be back. Entree platter was massive so we ended up taking food home in a doggy bag.
Visited last night for the first time as I recently moved to the area.
The restaurant was full but staff were accommodating and found us a seat despite not having a booking.
We ordered the seekh kebab, Kadai chicken, lamb Mughlai and cheese and garlic naan. All the food was really delicious and came out quick despite how busy they were. The lamb mughlai is easily our new favourite dish.
Will definitely be our new regular Indian restaurant. Thanks guys !

Quite simply the best Indian we have in South East Melbourne, we engaged Aarya for birthday party function catering a mix of non veg and veg dishes. Food was delicious our party guests enjoyed every bit of it Madrasbeef & paneer mutter was a stand out. The food was prepared exactly the way we wanted, stayed true to its authenticity. Delicious food, especially Chicken 65 and Biriyani. Amazed at how busy they were for a Wednesday night, but the service was good and quick, and definitely worth a try.
Best indian restaurant in the south eastern suburbs.
Service is outstanding. Ambience is good. Food is also very nice. Chettinad chicken and chicken 65 are really good. Oh and the tandoori prawns are outstanding.

We have been coming here since it opened many years ago. Good atmosphere and service with lovely food. The Lamb Mughli is a personal favourite and the chilli cheese naan and vegetable pakoras are also great.
Amazing food, each dish is interesting. The waiters are attentive and professional. Great for special for special occasions. The owner always stops to chat with the patrons.
We went there for a family lunch and we were impressed. There is ample parking around so that is not an issue. The decor and ambience is great and is recommended for occasions as well.
Food was quite tasty though I think the gravy for the lamb curry was. Bit undercooked and salty but apart from that everything else that we ordered were delicious. Service was professional and prompt. It was a quite afternoon so I am not sure how the service would be when full. But from the overall experience would expect it to be good.
The portions are quite good. Especially for the tandoori chicken we were surprised with the quantity.

Without a doubt my favourite Indian restaurant. A great menu, tasty food, and attentive service. Shouldn't be missed if you like Indian and are in the neighborhood. I don't live in the area any more but still make a special trip to Arya from time to time.
Love love love this place! Every time my parents want to come here I jump at the chance! The food here is always amazing! We always get their samosas and the tandoori chicken! Amazing tandoori chicken I tell you! Love it!. The curries here are also to die for! We’ve been here many times and we’ve ordered so many different dishes! A tip if you come here, you need to get the garlic naan with the curries too! Amazing!!

I was looking for some good Indian food and this place had the best reviews and rating in the local area. We ordered take out and collected this. The staff were very friendly, checking my order was correct and walking me to the door and holding it open for me. We ordered goat curry, chicken jalfarezi, samosa's, onion bhaji, garlic naan, roti and rice. The meat in both curries was tender and the sauce was full of flavour. The samosas were fantastic and the naan was nice and fresh. We ordered medium heat but I think we'll got for hot next time round.
Arya has very tasty and authentic Indian food. They also have a great atmosphere as there is music playing gently in the background and the restaurant is decorated very nicely. The staff are very friendly and helpful.The butter chicken and garlic naan is a must try! They have fast service so you don't have to wait long for your order!

Happy with the ambience, hospitality and food. The entree platter was very tasty. Main course in my opinion was average but with a good mix of varieties on the menu. The hospitality at Arya won the Brownie points thats why 4 rating. Otherwise it would have been 3.5.
We have been coming here for 4 years now, consistently delicious food when we eat in or take away. Lovely service and nothing is to much of a hassle. We have dined plenty of times with and without our children and are always treated the same by the lovey staff.
We love the dinner banquet and have yet to manage to eat everything.
OMG when i put a spoon of curry into my mouth its was like 'ka bang' the flavour hit was unexplainable and amazing! Service and speed was first class! I haven't tried such great indian food ever! Keep it up 🖒🖒🖒

Hidden gem in the burbs of narre warren. The feast menu for only $40 was so filling and delicious. So balanced and tasty. Will be back with friends.
Absolutely brilliant indian restaurant in Narre warren south, been there on many occasions can not fault in any way food has amazing natural flavors even when busy service is impeccable. Owner is a lovely lady loves to come out and chat with kids also let's them feed the fish restaurant also has a separate area where kids can run around. Its a must go and try for great night out.
I have been to this place quite a number of times ; apart from a couple of times where they mixed up my take away order (on busy days) it has been really good. They have a good selection of dishes from different regions in India. Price is a bit dearer than other restaurants in the area but the food quality is good.

Went here tonight, the food was amazing! The service was even better. The two girls waiting our table were so sweet couldn't fault them on anything. We sat for a while and watched them serve other customers. They both walked people to the door as they were leaving and opened the door for them, whether they had dined in or were getting take away, was so beautiful to see and such a nice gesture. They really made our experience dining here a pleasurable one, and because of this, we'll be back.
Visited Arya on November the 2nd, went with a friend to have dinner around 6:30PM.
Ordered Samosas as an entree, they were crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside (very well cooked).
For the main, I ordered saffron rice, with a mild beef vindaloo and a side of cheese and garlic naan.
The rice; was soft, and well cooked.
The vindaloo; the beef was soft and moist, the sauce was delicious, I ordered it mild and felt that it wasn't too spicy.
The naan; perfect balance of the cheese and garlic flavours and very soft.
All in all; the service was great, waitresses were very friendly food came to the table quickly and was served hot (not cold).

Arya is fantastic,discovered arya thru the entertainment book a few years ago and have been back more than a dozen times since.
Food and service is always A1 and were there today again,butter chicken is my favorite and also had the achari beef which was tender and lean with beautiful warm flavours, garlic naan and rice with a bottle of sav blanc,absolutely amazing.
We know good food and this is our favorite Indian restaurant....
The service was okay, it was quite busy on sunday night, a few reservation and peoples take away and dine-in, we were surprised that they put on happy birthday song for my friend with the cupcake on a nice alumunium tray :)
Food was good, in terms of aiming for westerner, as the herbs that they used wasnt strong enough for me, but indeed it was spicy when we asked for hot.

I was just browsing through some of the reviews which i don't feel do justice to this place because i have been there and have reviewed this Restaurant on Trip Advisor so i decided to join in. I would like people to try following dishes i like them hot , Chicken Chettinad, Kadai Chicken, Butter Chicken, Goat Curry, Chicken Tikka, Garlic Nan, Chilli Cheese and Chives Nan are some of the dishes to die for.
I feel the food is fresh and flavours are distinctive, the p[lace is clean, top that up with the service. This is the only place where they open door for you when leaving the restaurant even after 10 years being there. Keep it up Arya
Some of the longest drives I've been on just for some Indian food, but boy has it been worth it every single time! The food is reminiscent of the traditional spices, smells and tastes of authentic tandoori cuisine. The lighting and interiors are beautiful, inculcating local Indian sculpture into the walls of the restaurant.
The service has always been on point. There is an Indian quote that says "The Guest is God" and it is a feeling you can sense in the restaurant's hospitality. The dining house is family friendly and is just the kind of culinary experience that will leave your tummy satisfied, your tongue tantalised and your heart gratified :D
Garlic naan was good, rice was tasty as it should be and the service was good also, butter chicken wasn't as authentic as I had hoped, but the chicken was nicely cooked. Probably will go back but might try something different next time.

Favourite Indian. Have been eating at this little gem for over a year now and never had a bad meal. Restaurant is spotless, service always excellent and very friendly and food is beautiful. Chicken 65 is to die for and love the beef curries, beef chettinad is my favourite, hubby can't go past the butter chicken and garlic naan is also our fav. Not really local for us but we're happy to travel here as it's soooooooooooo good
Favourite Indian Place. Neatly presented clean place. Food is full of flavour and not oily as all other places have been. Staff and manager are extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Will definitely be going back for the mouth-watering paneer mirchi ka salan and garlic naan!!
Regularly eat here food is always fresh and great flavours. Always Clean in presentation. The friendly staff provide excellent service led by a courteous and always accommodating lady owner Mana.If you are looking for a traditional Indian and always fresh food , would highly recommend ARYA. Tandoori platter is great starter for meat lovers. Rates as one of the best Indian restaurants around.

Tasty food, amazing service. My husband and I got food to takeaway from here. I've really struggled to find a good tasty curry. (being english, I'm fussy about my curry for some reason) But this place did NOT disappoint! The guy working there was super friendly and helpful, threw in some poppadom, and it was ready really quickly! Can't wait to go for a sit in meal!
I had a lovely birthday there they were fabulous. The food was delicious and plentiful. Arya was flexible with me bringing my own cake in and with the number of guests. I couldn enjoy the evening without stress. I had a GREAT evening there and I would highly recommend them as the butter chicken is as fabulous as the customer service!

Must dine here!. Wow, what a fantastic restaurant. A friend and I had Saturday lunch at Arya and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is just superb. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. The customer service is outstanding! The staff were very helpful in assisting with menu choices as I am vegan. Nothing is a problem at Arya, they definitely know how to make a person feel welcome :)
So good!. I love the food here, the atmosphere is great, the service is extremely attentive and it's just an all-round great experience. I get take-away all the time and the way they walk you to the door and open it for you seems like a small thing but it's a big difference to other places. Love it.

The only Indian restaurant I know that ranks the level of 'chilli' in the dishes from 1 to 10 & with a good selection of vegetarian & non-veg dishes on the menu - should please most palates! Arya is Awesome. Arya Restaurant was an excellent experience, my first time going I thought, "Here is a nice laid back restaurant" I was wrong.
From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed in with open arms and a smile, once seated, the waiter/waitress constantly makes sure that you are doing well and that everything is running accordingly.
I chose to go simple, with a standard Butter Chicken and some naan bread, which was very delightful, the chef went beyond my expectations. With a smile goodbye, it was an experience that I find rare in restaurants these days. I cannot wait to go there again!!

Wonderful restaurant and welcoming staff. I've eaten here a few times now with my boyfriend. Each time we have loved our meal. Great tasting Indian - always fresh and authentic tasting. Portion sizes are generous and this place is better than most of the Indian we have tried in Melbourne, and we have tried a lot!

A Great Place To Dine Out!. Reserved for a party of 6, all on time, reasonably fast service. Pleasant surroundings, humorous waiter, great Indian beer and wine selection, excellent food, superb Naan bread. My partner got her selection of Gluten Free Naan and curry.
All in all a great evening. Our third visit, daughter has been here for 3 lunch dates, just a great place to dine out. Highly recommended.
We've been here a couple of times and have always had an enjoyable experience. Food is delicious, service impeccable and the ambiance is lovely. Our waitress is lovely and her memory of remembering our big groups order without pen or paper is impressive!

Loved it, the best Indian cuisine we've found in Casey. Covid safe with staff checking certificates, decor was very pretty and clean. Couldn't fault the food. Big entrees and mains, generous servings of sauces. Staff were lovely and attentive, answered our (many) questions and adjusted for spice/dietary requirements. Was able to BYO wine but they also had a vast drinks menu. Ample places to park, toilets on site, would highly recommend. Meant to take more photos for reviews but couldn't help dig in and forgot. Edit* Have now been four times in two months, the food has consistently been exceptional and the staff are amazing. Have tried two other restaurants of the same cuisine in the last 6 or so weeks, this is the place to go 5* every time.
Had been to this place a couple of months ago, and since then it has become one my favorite places to have some fabolous Indian food. I preffer dine-in than take away, and that's because of the service they provide. Take away do tastes the same 😉

The first bite of food we had was just like the scene in Ratatouille where the critic flashbacks to his childhood and downs the food in quick succession.
This had to be one of the best meals my partner and I have ever had. The servings are generous, reasonably priced and brought out by some of the most friendly staff we've ever encountered.
As people with very low spice tolerance, the mild option for our dishes proved to be a great choice with all food coming out packed with so so so much flavour.
Can't wait to go back!

What a great find. My wife and I are huge lovers of Indian cuisine and our previous favorite Indian restaurant sadly did not survive through the pandemic. We are from Gippsland and are happy to travel for great food.
We decided to give this place a try based on many great reviews and wow, we were not disappointed. What a beautiful restaurant, so clean and very friendly staff who provided just the right amount of attention to ensure we had everything we wanted without feeling pushed.
The next great thing was the food. We tried entrees, mains, rice and breads. The Chicken 65 entree was an awesome treat as were the tandoori mushrooms of which my wife loved.
The mains came out beautifully hot and had the right amount of spice, I may order it a little hotter next time but it was perfect for my wife.
A bit of a stand out were the breads which had an awesome tandoor smokey flavour.
All in all, we will back again soon to try out more items from the extensive menu and my wife is keen to talk crystals with the friendly manager and staff. Thank you again for such great service and food.
Relied on Arya to host a birthday party for a friend, and have to say that I was not disappointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, meals were tasty and reasonably priced, and they went above and beyond in playing music and preparing our cake at the end of the night.
Would highly recommend for anyone interested in an authentic Indian food experience, or just a fun night out...
