My friends and I road tripped here for the donut ice cream sandwich and let me tellll you it’s BOMB AF worth every penny of petrol AND the service was so quick unlike Fawkner these days having to wait 20minutes for a regular donut okurrrrr
I went to a birthday recently which had a krispy kreme donut wall that completely stole the spotlight from the birthday girl! Said birthday girl selected the donuts for their colour scheme rather than flavour but I happily scoffed four (FOUR and no regrets) original glazed. They really are perfect in their simple sweetness

I love me a donut and especially a late night donut at that but was surprised to see so many other fine donut lovers about on a 10pm trip to the home of Krispy Kreme. I figured since I’d made the trek there was no other option but to order an entire box especially since you’ll never get them tasting as fresh as when you buy them at the source of production. There’s also more variety to chose from but there’s absolutely nothing like a glaze hot off the press. There’s also the bonus extra of seeing them being made
I love the Krispy Kremes here as they make it fresh. I always come here at 12pm on a weekday when I go to FG for lunch as that’s when the original glaze are being cooked.

Came here a few times mainly for their original glazed Krispy donut. They are already pretty tasty when they are in room temperature but if you want to have freshly made Krispy Kreme donuts then this is the place. This location is basically an outlet/factory where all the donuts are made and sent out to the other outlets and 7-Elevens in Victoria. The original glazed donuts do need a minute or two to cool down as they can be really hot straight off the conveyor belt. When they are still warm, it is really soft, fluffy and airy; and the thin icing sugar crisp just melts and disintegrate in no time. It provides a slightly different sensation when eaten fresh but the flavour is the same; maybe a little sweeter when eaten warm. It's also quite entertaining to watch the donuts slowly move along the conveyor belt and seeing them expand, flipped over and then covered in a thin layer of icing sugar.
We were asked to bring donuts to a party we were attending. The donuts were used as a game. It was easier to buy the original glazed donuts so I don't offend anyone. The donuts were delicious and are probably still onw of my favorite donuts in Melbourne.
The advantage of KK only focusing on things with holes in the middle of them is they do them very well. I’m not generally into gimmicky Halloween of other donuts and usually prefer the simple ole glazed donut. It’s amazing how light they seem and how easily eating one can become eating two etc. I just recently went to a wedding which was stocked with a wall of KK and it was a fine thing to see. I popped into this store for a coffee and double donut deal while on a shopping mission. It beats any coffee and a muffin offers out there. The coffee was not bad either which is certainly a bonus.

Very glad they run more specials now and keep introducing new flavours. BUT.. please do something about the wait! The line is always huge and theres one person serving...

Not a fan of the ordering line. Very squashy and people cant make a choice quickly as you cant see the options until you get to the front..then your put on the spot to quikly pick what you want.
Anyway.. still tasted great and original is still my favorite!!
Look how cute rhe christmas edition was, and the taste was also really good, i tried the snowman and the santa's belly, both not overly sweet. I still think this is the best donut in melb.

Service were excellent.
I ordered online coz they were having promotion on the halloween and varient donut and get the glazed free. But accidentaly put the wrong date for pick up, the sales girl and her manager still let me take that day and their service were really friendly as well.
Will definitely go back.
Although the food is amazing, the drinks and staff are not. The drinks are far too sweet. My favourite will always be the original glazed doughnuts. Yummy! 😋
Melbournes first ever Krispy Kreme store! Come here for fresh Krispy Kreme donuts in a huge assortment of flavours!! By fresh, they pick the original glazed directly off the belt!! Better than what you would get at 7/11 or your local woollies. Added bonus you get to eat them hot and see how they are made!

Sneakers – I have a bit of a history with Krispy Kreme. They opened shortly after I moved to Melbourne, which would be close to 10 years ago. The amount of hype surrounding the opening of Krispy Kreme was insane by no over exaggeration. I knew I had to get my hands on some, but at the time of opening the wait was 4-5 hours+. So, at 1am on a Sunday morning three weeks after opening I decided I couldn’t wait any longer, loaded my laptop in the car and drove across town to join what turned out to be a 2 hour queue for the drive thru, that honestly seemed to be a couple of kilometres long. During that wait I saw three cars get flat batteries, two cars overheat their engines, and I was approached twice and asked for jumper cables, all while I was watching a movie on my laptop and ever so slowly getting closer to the store itself. My laptop died after about an hour and a quarter, so for the final 45 minutes I just listened to the radio and patiently waited while cars broke down around me left, right and centre. I finally got to the order box to find out you could only buy a pre-selected assorted dozen, which wasn’t what I wanted but at least it had a little bit of everything. And that was when I fell in love with the Krispy Kreme blueberry doughnut. They were so good. I say ‘were’ because they stopped selling them about 3 years ago along with the vanilla cake doughnut and a couple of others off their menu. I still love Krispy Kreme but with the current selection of doughnuts I’m just not as in love with them as I used to be. Where every bite used to be total deliciousness, now I find myself hesitant to eat more than a couple at a time. The milkshakes are very tasty but awfully expensive for what they are. BRING BACK THE BLUEBERRY DOUGHNUTS!
Cassidy – Unlike my husband, I don’t have a story, I just like doughnuts. From the regular menu, my favourite is the Strawberries & Kreme, but more often than not, the promo doughnuts are where it’s at. Recently their white truffle Easter Bunny one was delicious, and in the last 12 months they had an amazing Cheesecake one. The 24 hour drive thru is excellent for a random road trip in the middle of the night. Their spearmint milkshakes are probably my favourite in Melbourne.

Quite fascinating to see a Krispy Kreme store here . Though the time I visited there were too many choice of donuts , but you can see how they made donuts behind the window . Amazing . And of course my take away donuts & coffee was good :p
Always fresh donuts and love that they make donuts for specific celebration days! Bought a dozen for Valentine's Day and the donuts were in the shape of hearts! ❤️😊
The donuts taken straight from the belt taste 10x better than the ones you usually get from 7Eleven. Hot and super tasty. Make sure you call the store first before you go there to confirm the time they run the belt.

Late night doughnut craving, friendly service, fresh doughnuts. Only not so great thing was the coffees were a slightly cold, but all round happy!!
Krispy Kreme Fountain Gate is a absolutely awesome place to get a Coffee and Doughnuts of course! When the original glaze Krispy Kremes are freshly made not much else could compare to this devilishly good Doughnut! This Krispy Kreme also has a drive through.. this is definitely one of the best places to get a Doughnut! Hands Down.
