Came here for lunch today. I've never been to this particular Nandos before however I'm glad to say it was consistent in quality and flavour to the other outlets. It was very busy which I understand however the plates from the customers beforehand were not cleared until our order was delivered which felt a little awkward whilst we were sitting there and waiting for 15 minutes for the table to be cleared. Apart from this we had a great experience. The burger was flavourful and juicy, and my friend's pita was also really tasty. I would return if I was looking for lunch in this shopping centre again .
I love grabbing nandos take away lunch from here it's the best and ticks all the boxes without you feeling as guilty. Had the chicken pocket pita with sweet potato chips and mango lime base dressing which always goes down a treat. Service was quite good and the chips were quality.
Have come here a few many times with friends and family so I can say this place is all-around a great restaurant. So this glowing 5 star review is looooong overdue.
There was this one time where I got a meal and I had too much salt added to it. But the staff members simply replaced the meal with new freahly made one, and refunded my cash. And all this happened within just under 1 minute.
Clearly customer satisfaction is one of the major key values the restaurant owner and its employees praise on.
I've never really had a bad experience at this Nandos. The staff are friendly and they deliver the orders quickly. The presentation is generally great, I love the Peri peri chips and the chicken tenders. My only issue would be that when I've ordered the classic burger meal, the burger would be cold and that was a bit off-putting. However, I still enjoy eating there but definitely think that they should make sure the burger is warm before serving.

Seems quite a few negative reviews however I had a good experience at lunch today (Wednesday). The set-up was comfortable and space was ample. We had our pram and parked it easily next to one of the front booth seats. My daughter was in heaven devouring her chips while people watching as hubby and I ate our fresh crispy chippies (hate it when they get it wrong but today wasn't one of those days) and chicken in peace. I was also stoked by finding a new sauce there, Trio of Bell Peppers...yummmmm! Deducted .5 of a rating as there were no bathrooms within restaurant, just a hand basin out in the open. Below expectation for a restaurant this size.

Today it was friendly and fast. Both staff members at the ordering counter were on the ball. Cleaned up tables quickly and were always busy doing something else between orders. I double checked all my cutlery and plates because of other reviews but they passed the test this time.
FOOD: 3.5/5
Full chicken and large chips, 2 different bastings, peri salt on only half of chips - arrived within 10mins and all was delish aside from a couple of pieces being a little dry around the corners. Nothing to ruin the meal over though. Have definitely had worse Nandos.
And that bell pepper sauce....!!! My chicken and chips were delightfully swimming in them.

Very comfortable seating, ample space, I like the tables out front for the natural light, breeze from the nearby doors...and people watching.

Food is always great, but the cutlery, plates and glasses are ALWAYS dirty.
Glasses and always full of condensation from not being dried properly, plates still have bits of food on them and cutlery is always covered with soap stains 👎
