Love this place. Excellent service, delicious food and the prices are good value. Recommend the Omelette for breakfast and the Chicken Parmy for lunch. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Perth. Thank you Santi's.😋❤

Just this morning, bought a bacon and egg wrap. Am a hungry tradie and it was soggy as a sponge , bacon was undercooked and egg cold. Great way to waste $9.00

Floors was dirty and gross tables was all sticky the chairs was all staned and looked dirty besides staff was kind and quick meal was okay bacon could of been cooked more

So wonderful! The people working here are so friendly, the coffee and food are great and nice ambiance. Perfect.
