Definitely one of my top brunch places!!! Love the garden interior!!
We had the Mel & Co Breakfast and the Bacon Benedict. Classic but was done very well!
I'd def come back for the second third and fourth visit! Not to forget, they have really good service too :).
Definitely an insta worthy restaurant that lives up to its hype! One of the best meals I’ve had in a while! We had the rendang nachos and it was to die for. Very unique selection of cocktails as well.
Love this gorgeous restaurant! Love the garden design, very welcoming and cozy! We had a great time here :)
Service was lovely, food tasty, but my favourite part were the cocktails - so colourful and fun :)
Mel & Co Garden is a trendy and exciting restaurant that offers a unique and mouth-watering menu. Not to mention that their cocktails looks amaaaazing! We were very excited to visit the joint.
The Rendang Beef brisket Nachos was definitely one of our favourite meals, it’s a very generous serving accompanied with corn chips, rendang beef brisket, sour cream and fresh salsa. The beef was cooked to perfection and the salsa was super fresh and palatable. The sauces are all home-made and they tasted beautiful.
The team behind Mel & Co are incredibly friendly and attentive, they truly made our experience extremely enjoyable. Thank you for having us!
I recently visited Mel & Co Garden to try their new menu items, and boy was I impressed
Upon arrival, we were welcomed into the cosiest looking venue and greeted by the friendliest staff. I love the warm and home-y vibe of this restaurant. The staff kindly went through the menu with us, and although choosing dishes was the hardest part, because everything was just sounds so good!
I had no idea what to expect for the Truffle Teriyaki Beef, but I was amazed when it came out. Literally the best combination of flavour between the teriyaki and aromatic truffle. All the flavours worked so well together! This is definitely worth a try!
The Gnocchi has to be my favourite dish. Not everyone can make good gnocchi, and bottomline is they definitely nailed it!
For drinks, we had their signature cocktails and it tasted as good as it looks! Full of colour, refreshing and defintely worth a try!
Overall, we had the most incredible time. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
Thank you so much for having us!
Mel & Co (Nedlands)
Oh yum! Highly recommended.
What we ate..
Nachos
Sliders
Chicken wings
Salt and pepper squid
Charred Brussels sprouts
Mac n cheese
Mushroom medley
And only for August (Javanese platter)!
We really enjoyed the food here. Love the variety of cuisines and flavours they have on their menu. We had the Pot-o-tatoes; Mushroom Medley; Oven roasted Bone Marrow; Salt &Pepper Squid; Charred Brussel Sprouts; Pork belly Poppers; Mac ‘n’ Cheese; and the Flaming Short Ribs. We also ordered the Durian Latte and the Ruby Rose dessert. Both were delicious. The only thing to critique was the flaming short ribs. It was too fatty and tough. Everything else was delicious. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu.
Today was a busy Sunday. The barista with many coffee orders had sat us down and still made time to welcome us and have a small conversation. We had the bacon and eggs and breakfast rosti. Good food, average eggs however. Coffee was great and customer service was very good. Staff managed well. I look forward to trying dinner here.
Mel and Co have a quirky cocktail offering and I just can’t go past one of the cloche covered concoctions. A fairy-tale inspired “poison apple” martini arrives shrouded in mystery, under. the cover of a glass dome, full with smoke infused with apple woodchips. Our waitress. whips off the cloche and our senses are hit with the fragrant apple smoke.
Absolutely loved the decor, ambiance, food and service. Had the nachos which were amazing! Sliders were decent for the price and tacos were incredible value at $7. Tofu bites and pork poppers were Also tasty. Service was great the themes and decor were very cool. Was abit disappointed by the dessert. Ordered the pudding but definitely wasnt pudding like but almost a crumbly cake. Was tasty but just not what i expected. Overall a great great place and would definitely revisit!
Liked the interior garden design, good service, interesting menu. Food is a twist on the classic western, definitely not something you see everyday. Only thing is the rendang was a bit gristle-y. Saying that, I would still go back.
Wow, we randomly popped in for a quick feed! The atmosphere was so different, plants everywhere and wait staff were friendly. It appears as a tapas type menu, with a fusion of so many cultures. The chef has stepped outside the box and entered a new dimension of taste delights! I won’t spoil it for you. 5 Stars!
A beautiful new restaurant on Hampden Rd, with plenty of parking nearby at dinner time. Our meal started beautifully with the Martini, which made a dramatic smoky entrance. Loved the menu, which had a wide range of dishes to share. Some nice Asian fusion creations. The waitress was seemed slightly nervous and said a few awkward things, but overall, the food was tasty and it was a fabulous dinner!
Nice place. The Christmas decoration was really pretty. Food was good. Love the squid rings, fried chicken, pork belly and truffle beef. Clean and tidy. Also sell indoor plant. I find the price was quite expensive, but nice fusion food!

What a great new restaurant! I love the jungle atmosphere. You can enjoy your meal surrounded by garden and dark wood tables. The sweet potato quesadillas are yum as! The Nachos are super filling, we would recommend sharing and the spring rolls are different to anything we've tried! Not your normal small, fried with mystery meat but with thick pastry and substantial quality filling. Great value for money especially in Nedlands.
Nice place. Food was tasty and good coffee. They are selling brunch only weekend, so i didn't have chance to taste. Thanks.
Hampden Road is lucky to have this place. Service was excellent. French Toast with Asian twist was magnificent. Recommended. The only reason for 4 stars is that it has just opened. I need to test it with a group at a busy time to garner 5 stars.
Food came out as we expected, well presented and the tasted wowww 😍😍
and the place is family friendly
Really interesting menu, both food and drinks. Nice vibe and decor. Service could use a little tune up but not bad overall.
Awesome!... definitely on point with accumulation of best elements to be a serious future player of grastromonic haunts.Warmly fitted out & tapa share style menu arranged scaled from light to heavy making hunger decisions solved easier. Coming back again for sure.
