Look for this signboard with a “B” to locate this gem. Located right beside a petrol kiosk, this place has a cozy interior and undeniably the best coffee in the area. I was on a work trip in this area for a month, and every single day without fail I come here for my coffee. Owner is also a very friendly and nice guy!

Excellent cafe with great vibes that I could not forget for 4 years since the first visit until finally made my second visit today. Still they are same as one of top notch of cafes in Perth. Everyone is caring and welcoming. Their sandwiches are wrapped individually so it will be very fresh and very hygienic by the time you bite it. I’m sure you will get recharged here and get ready to step back to the real world. Highly recommended.

Amazing food and coffee. Great value for money. Feeling very lucky to stumble across this place when looking for a quick breakfast with the kids. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great range of food including vegan options. The cabinet is stocked with even more wraps, rolls, cakes and other foods. Comfortable interior although not a huge amount of outdoor seating due to space.

Highly recommended! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was a little miscommunication on our drinks order but they switched it out to the correct one no questions asked. Food was absolutely delicious and I'll definitely be back 😊

The Broadway Eatery is such a beautiful little spot. Very aesthetically pleasing with super friendly staff. I went for the vegan falafel wrap which was delicious, as well as a mini baklava desert which was my first time trying and definitely won’t be the last 🤗

Came here at 11am on a Friday, got a table easily. Had the pumpkin bruschetta and I added bacon to it. To be honest even without the bacon it tasted amazing. It looked like a simple dish however the flavours blended very well together. I also had the pistachio baklava. It was quite hard to bite on and the flavour was average.

Dropped in for a quick lunch with my two colleagues on their first openning day! We all chose vegetarian roll and salad and l enjoyed our food. My vegie roll filled with roasted mushroom and eggplant was very yummy. I highly recommend trying this place....great food & really friendly service. Can't wait for their pizza oven to start operating!

I am a mobile mechanic that travels around perth and eats at many places. I had the best salad and raw balls ever. The gentleman that served me was amazing. I think he was the chef or owner but I could tell he was passionate about food and the enjoyment it brought to him, I loved the way he shared that with me as a customer. Great work, I will be back.

Visited this place for lunch and the experience was just amazing. Firstly, this is the place where you actually feel like family. We were treated with so much respect and attention. Always asked if we wanted our coffees refilled etc. Secondly, you definitely get your value for money and quality taste � Can recommend the Crispy Chicken Burger and Chocolate Beetroot Cake! Visit this place if you’re in Perth!

It's only been open for 2 days and is already killing it! Had the pancakes which were insanely good. Straight up classic pancakes with no funny business, but then the smorgasbord of seasonal fruit topping it prepared every which way, honey butter and cream served with it made it far from ordinary. It was already cheap, but students get 10% off on top! Safe to say this will be my new spot �

Fresh and very well executed food! Beautiful, clean presentation. Coffee great (robust with good crema and perfect foam). The best part - owned and run by a lovely, friendly family. Fantastic addition to the Nedlands/Broadway neighbourhood- we will be regular visitors am sure.
