Review Grind & Dose - Neutral Bay

Mild coffee which wasn't bad and a bacon and egg roll to boot. Standard prices you'd expect but was worth it. Parking on military Rd wasn't bad 1 hour on a Saturday to 12:30pm

Watch the world go by on Military Road. Love their menu options with some Lo-carb and keto options. It was little bit warm inside for a summer morning. Coffee was good but it was strong. I would love to suggest that cafes serve Iced long blacks in a nice drinking glass as I can’t drink out of one of those hipster jars and I prefer not to use a straw. Simple is always better.

We tried to have what we had at the other Neutral Bay cafes -- Big Breakfast and Eggs Benedict -- but as Eggs Benedict were not on the menu we had to opt for bacon and eggs on a damper roll with rocket and tomato for $10. The Big Brekkie was $19.50 and included three eggs, bacon, chipolata sausages (well, singular, actually), baked beans, grilled tomato, mushrooms (I didn't get any), rocket and sourdough toast. The eggs were very good and perfectly cooked, but the rest of the food was pretty average. Only bottled orange juice was available -- also would have liked a choice of toast. Prices seemed reasonable, but difficult to compare when we couldn't get the Eggs Benedict. Total with regular flat white was $37.50. Rating should probably be 3.5 stars.

Coffee is amazing here. And they also do bullet proof coffee. The food was very good as well - they have keto and low carb options. :) Perfect turmeric latte too ❤️

Excellent service and extremely friendly staffs, with a nice ambience. What a find!! We are on keto diet so it was good to find a place that offered low carb brekkie and bulletproof coffee. We are super keen to return and try more lunch options :)

I enjoy their breakfasts. Usually has a calm atmosphere. Good coffee.

The food was the highlight. The Mr Beast burger is amazing and I'd highly recommend it. I didn't rate the coffee though, which was a bummer, and the premesis was a bit loud and cramped.

Great food and coffee but place heats up like a furnace and no air con. Wear shorts.

Thank god for Karl's awesome coffee! I work nights and without my daily dose I'd be struggling. But coffee is not just coffee. Having tried so many cafes around Sydney I always prefer Karl's blend. The quality is always outstanding and the service is great too! Highly recommended.

Cosy and warm for breakfast. It actually was not our first choice but it was in a good location and had quite a few seats spare.<br/><br/>Had some hot drinks to start including a flavourful matcha latte.<br/><br/>The breakfasts came out in good timing and included freshly toasted sourdough. Perfect.<br/><br/>The menu had some options for a half serve which is particularly good because sometimes I think there are huge huge portions. I like the menu which was simple and no fuss.

Good location, overlooking Military road, and with the afternoon sun streaming in, this is an excellent place on a winter's day. With one of the quickest cafe wi-fi I've come across, one can easily while away an hour or two. Friendly staff and good coffee just completes the picture!

After living in this area for a long time but since moved we were on an impromptu walk & thought we'd try this place for breakfast. Very average. Food was semi ok, egg & bacon roll was tasteless & bland, as was the service. Staff were disinterested and aloof. I don't expect this place to be around too long.

Amazing coffee, big serves of food ( I could not finish) and great atmosphere my only question is why didn't I try this place sooner .. If you live in neutral bay defiantly check this place out !!
