Review Wasabi Plus - Neutral Bay

Def. Not Japanese food but Better than Sushi Train I suppose. The rice is hard, the fish and food quality in general not fresh, the overdoes of source, salty and soy sauce cover stale ingredients… Oil for Fired food, probably reuse many times…. They smell…

This place is not bad. This people here try and make you feel welcome this sushi was okay not my favourite just felt like it wasn't fresh even though I waited 20min for them to make me my order, but it was ok I didn't need to be anywhere.

This is one of my new favourite lunch spots in Neutral Bay. I have tried quite a few of the dishes but the H.E.N Poke bowl is my favourite so far. The food is consistently good and the staff are very welcoming. The place always seems to be busy and it is clearly well known locally and one of the most popular spots in the area. A real hidden gem and worth a visit if you are in the area.

Great customer service, great Japanese place in town. Best place for sushi with a lot of vatiety.

Reliable, tasty, fast and healthy food / service.

Have been going here with my husband and extended family for years and it's by far the best and more affordable Japanese place in town. Consistently delicious and always friendly, we're here sometimes multiple times a week because we can't get enough. I ALWAYS recommend you try the Spider Roll, I've tried many around the world and none of them even came close to comparing!!

Used to be the best Japanese place I've ever eaten at, used to eat there once a week. Between April and now, must have changed hands. Food is nowhere near as fresh as what it used to be. All staff are different. Quite a few recipes changed. Won't be coming back sorry. Staff didn't even know their own menu I had to explain some things to them, and they even forgot some things off the menu. Friendly staff but bad service. Big change

The new crew are not so great in managing a simple restaurant. I ordered a lunch set for a pick up. Only the main was given to me, the rest was missing. Didn’t drive back to claim. Poor management. Food was good/ok.

Very good Japanese food. Always fresh and tasty. I highly recommend the teriyaki salmon Don buri. It's just the right size, well priced and quite delicious

Nice, this place is open at 10am on a Monday! That's more than most stores in this area! Wandered by needing breakfast and got a salmon box and a cheesy katsu chicken roll to try. They have cool sushi flavours to try outside of your standard sushi train place, and the food is fresh yum and affordable. Nice find!

This is my most go-to place when comeing home from work to pick up some take away food , The items on the menu are always fresh and staff are always ready to help ,the girl who always serves me is nice but she can be sometimes too nice .... tonight i was served by this new girl who i got a very kind feeling from, she knew what had to be done , had some small talk with me and got on with her work when it got busy,, now that is how service should be , <br/>Sorry if i am comeing off as wierd but just wanted to thank the new girl at the counter <br/><br/>food 5 stars <br/>packing for the food 5 stars <br/>price  5 stars <br/>service was 3 but now 5 stars

Great staff great food and great price. Had a project in neutral bay for a month and became a regual at this place .. the food is fresh and prices are<br/>very reasonable . staff is more than friendly to accomodate your request .. it was always nice to be greeted by Hannah ?? and the best part is she always remebered my order . only complain is that it gets really hot in the place and if you are eating hot and spicy stuff you better get a drink to cool you down

I have been here many time in the afternoon. Absolutely delicious food and all of staff were so lovely, specially a woman always behind the counter. <br/>It is not a 5 star dining place but very quick and convenient I am sure you will love it.

I wish I spoke Japanese. The food here is excellent but every time I come in and order they start speaking and laughing in Japanese and it really does feel like they are making fun of me. I keep coming back because the food is good but it does make for a very unpleasant dining experience. Food is excellent but the staff are very questionable. Get it and get out is my advice for this place.

Lovely staff and quick service. definitely a enjoyable meal and the service I really enjoyed our meal here The waiteress was friendly, knowledgeable, always smiling and made me feel most welcome.

Yum. We visit this place frequently during the weekdays for lunch and have never been disappointed. If your after 5 star dining this is not the place for you, but if you like healthy options and fresh food i would recommend this place.

Best value Sushi in Town!. These guys are amazing. Simply delicious, fuss free Japanese. Amazing value, it's our favourite lunch spot hands down. The Katsu chicken is to die for. YUM

Prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and efficient. I go here oftne and have always enjoyed the food. Great value for money if you want a quick bite.

Reasonably priced, generous portions, tasty food, and nice service. Will definitely go back. Not 5 star dining, but a quick and easy place to have a meal.

The best Japanese I have ever tried!! Although I'm only 17, my mother and I have been to hundreds, and it is defiantly the best! So inexpensive aswell (they should charge more!!!) the staff is incredible, so kind, and genuine!<br/>RECOMMENDED! the perfect place for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea or even a snack! Try this restaurant it is excellent!

Wow! What a fabulous discovery! The freshest most authentic Japanese food we've ever eaten, and we've tried dozens of Japanese restaurants over the years. I suggest both the pork and prawn steamed gyoza, the tofu as entree, and the sashimi amazingly fresh! Have also tried the tempura and chicken teriyaki, all delectable! Wasabi Plus is now are favourite restsurant, my daughter and I just love it. I seriously recommend dining here. We are off to Wasabi Plus tomorrow night, can't wait! It will be a weekly dining experience for us! The staff is superb! So friendly and kind. Fabulous restaurant!

THE WORST!. This place has :<br/><br/>a) the rudest service<br/>b) poor quality food that seem like it has been sitting their for far too long.<br/><br/>+ the actual ambience of the venue is not great.<br/><br/>Avoid if possible.
