DON'T EAT HERE I am actually horrified. I ordered online, was told it would take 10 minutes until collection would be ready. 50 minutes later I was still standing at the counter alongside another 15 people waiting for my burger. I was told 4 times that it was '5 minutes away'.. my burgers weren't even on the grill. There was at least 15 people who left before even ordering because they were waiting at the till for 15 minutes to pay for their orders, some people were even in line for 30mins+ to order. The 3 staff were working as hard as they could, but that was absolute bloody chaos. There needs to be far more staff and organisation. I saw people carrying their own food on plates from the kitchen because their burgers were going cold on the counter as their was no waitstaff. Then I get home and my heavily pregnant girlfriend bit into her burger to find it completely raw inside, I'm talking bright pink mince.. Look at this picture.. You do understand how serious this is for a pregnant person? Plus, my sliders were completely deconstructed, and bread was so dry that it turned into powder in my mouth.. how is this even possible? Finally, the chips were cold. This is horrific. I expect you to offer me some serious explanations, compensation, and get that store more staff or shut it down until this is fixed. This is not only terrible service, and a disgusting product, but a significant health and safety issue. DON'T EAT HERE

Are you kidding me? Order online and the money has been paid. Where I drove was at 9:20PM, but the store was closed and there wasn't have anyone inside. Since you are not open, why accept my order and tell me that you can pick up your meal at 9:21. And also the phone always not working.

Very delicious burgers. Friendly and helpful staff. Good place for a quick meal. Service was really good with attentive staff.

Been a customer for a few years, two days ago ordered two burgers, chips, and chicken. Burgers were thrown away into a bin right away, had burnt patties, was like eating charcoal. Chips had almost no seasoning at all, tasted like regular chips from McDonald’s. Chicken was okay, but again was quite over fried. Overall, really disappointed and not recommending it. Also paid a surcharge for this to be on Easter…

Nice staff and venue . Sadly unable to get vegan burgers anymore as they all have soya now! Ordered zuchini cups but they were too oily and over salted

Surprisingly amazing food in a cozy space. The meatless burgers are delicious and the zucchini chips are yummy!!

Waited for 1h 45m to get my order and ended up cancelling it. Not the first occasion. Delivery driver has come twice but my order was not ready. Other branches have no such issues.

Was told we could not order for 5 mins and had a wait of 25 mins. 30 mins for your burger. Not that special. Get it together and put more staff on.

we had home delivery so i'll keep in mind that the burgers sat for a bit before we got them. Grill'd consistently offers up tasty burgers and i've yet to have a bad meal, across all the states of Au. The chips arrived still hot and crispy but the sweet potato wedges didn't travel well, or perhaps started out poorly? they were soggy and a bit over cooked. They were actually still very tasty though, and for a lazy takeaway night it was a good choice. Are they the best burgers ever? No, but being in the B+ bracket for a franchise of this size is pretty great.

Very very very slow, i was waiting for a single burger almost 30 mins.... so many ppl order after me got their meals while i kept waiting waiting and waiting. A very Horrible experience!

Really like Grill'd as a company and have been to many of their outlets....good buns, quality fresh produce and most of all now...Vegan options! Now the whole family can come here and dine together! They really do concentrate on wholesome and nutritious alternatives and this is quite refreshing when you see what other burger places offer. Service is fast and it seems that they really try to be everything to all customers. Delicious superpower salads too and they're licensed!

Great burgers, best gluten free bun. I'm not writing this review for gluten free tragic, but sometimes it's hard when you have to discount entire cooking styles because it necessarily involves bread. We only went there for a quick meal and didn't stay very long, but here's what we noticed: the decor is really good, the host was very friendly and made a point of using my husband's name when he brought our order and the gluten free bun was actually really good. I'm not coeliac, just better off without gluten and sometimes I feel embarrassed to ask what options are available. The other burger joint next door has no gluten free options at all. And yes, the burger itself was very tasty.
