Been going to Yasaka in Neutral Bay for years now and quality of ramen is consistent everytime. Rich and flavoursome. Place is clean and staff nice.

they have a form for you to customise your ramen including which soup, broth thickness, spicy level and even how salty or soft you want your noodle. Portion is huge, but broth is really thick :( this is all a matter of preference. I personally don't like thick soup. the price is on a pricey side. N
Unfortunately this place doesn't live up to the hype. Tried the black garlic ramen and the soup was a bit bland and watery. The pork was ok, but not particularly tender. Noodles were nice, but nothing special. Quite expensive too, and service was super slow. Waitresses were nice though and refilled

Really bad service when we came to the restaurant this Friday night. Not busy but the waitress standing there talking not seeing us. We found a table by ourselves and ordered Gaoyza. They brought the broken ones. We had been here before but their services and food quality much worse than before. Th
