Will not ever be ordering from here again, ordered 2 pizzas at 5.40pm, was told pizza would arrive in 30mins. At 7pm when nothing had been delivered I called twice to follow up, no one answered and the phone rung out. They then called me back to tell me they were out of ingredients for one of the pizzas and to pick another one, after picking another one I was told the pizzas would be delivered in 20mins…. After waiting another 40mins nothing had been delivered I tried calling the store 9 times not a single call was answered and after all that the pizza was never delivered with no explanation as to why. Waited over three hours for nothing to be delivered and no communication from the store.. absolutely disgraceful customer service.

If Crust Neutral Bay hopes to see customers return it's going to have to seriously improve its customer service and product. I've been given the wrong pizza before (dairy cheese on a vegan pizza), but the reason I'll never be back is a recent incident where a home-delivered pizza turned up late, cold and with part of the order missing. I emailed CNB to tell them and ask what they'd do about it, and they said they'd chase up with the delivery guy. Weeks passed without hearing anything, and only after chasing up and complaining did they finally say they'd credit me for a pizza and the missing garlic bread, which they should've done in the first place. When I finally decided to use that credit last night I was told on the phone there was no credit in my name. The girl on the phone said she'd look into it, put me on hold for 10 minutes, then another guy picks up the phone and says "Hello welcome to Crust", with the other girl just... gone. Finally they say they'll give me the credited pizza. I drive to pick it up, they call me and say they're out and I should pick another one. I go pick it up. Get home, pizza's not even cut properly and I need to use scissors to make slices. As you can see, it was one screw up after another, which is why I'll never be back. These people need to seriously lift their game. EDIT: Loving the passive-aggressive, gaslighting response from the owner which is full of straight-up lies. "Bullying"? Utter nonsense. I'm not surprised though after reading similar aggro responses from the owner on other customers's complaints. Looks like a pretty open and shut case of someone who can''t take any responsibility for their own failings so just points the finger back at the other person and blames them. Narcissistic much? Good luck with your (justifiably) failing business, hoping some personal growth comes out of it for you, but I highly doubt it.

Not directed at the young staff, but rather management - very poor quality product, service doesn't exist, no leadership from management. This store is a shadow of what Crust uses to be. The pizza i received was bland, poorly put together and just drowning in sauce. Furthermore, management should consider a cleaning schedule for the filthy store. Don't eat here.

Didn't have any issues with pickup. Went and ordered the pizzas, and the friendly staff provided the pizzas in 10 minutes as promised. The pizzas were not too bad.

No Leadership at Crust Neutral Bay, plenty of young staff and no one teaching simple hygience and customer service. Needless to say we will no longer purchase Crust Neutral Bay Pizzas We ordered pizza due for pickup at 6:45 pm. Arriving at 6:40 pm we were told it was not ready. Several cooked pizzas were sitting on top of the oven.. We watched customers and delivery drivers come and go. Unfortunately we also watched one staff member with his mask around his chin prepare pizzas in between scratching his chin and laughing and talking with all of the staff, the other young girl making serving customers and preparing pizzas wearing gloves spent over 5 seconds at a time REPEATEDLY rubbing her nose then diving into the cheese and food containers continuing to prepare pizzas. This is not acceptable let alone while we are midst pandemic. After 15 minutes we asked if our pizza was ready and yes it was one of the pizzas that had been sitting on top of the oven since we arrived... The pizzas were not checked properly when we first arrived. My husband commented it had been sitting there since we arrived and this staff member quickly dismissed my husband and kept chatting with the staff. I support small business giving young employees a start though THEY NEED A LEADER. When they are delivering poor service it isnt teaching them anything and ultimately damaging the business....

I gave Crust 5 stars previously but reduced it due to deteriorating quality. Unfortunately no matter which pizza you choose it tastes the same lately. Business refuses to listen and blames customers or the economy instead of taking note.

Crust neutral bay. 9 times out of 10 take twice as long as they say, always just warm and invariably get the order wrong ! Crust is good, neutral bay Crust is a shambles

TERRIBLE!! Made an order on 14/1/22, 3 hrs later and didn't receive it. Had to call 3x to cancel it. And haven’t been refunded yet. Wrote to customer care complaining about it, they told me to contact the store directly (not very helpful...). Wrote to the store and got no response so far! So, where is my refund or at least a confirmation of when it’s going to be done????

Delivery is always ridiculously slow and pizza arrives cold.  When order was incorrect store staff were dismissive and unhelpful- blamed me for ordering online instead of over the phone.  If you can't rely on your website ordering system either shut it down until it's fixed or help the customers whose orders were affected.

Ordered 3 pizzas and a salad for delivery 24 hrs beforehand and they were still 20 mins late. This was during a weekday lunchtime. Not happy with that. The pizza tasted abit different than other crust branches, not sure if it was the base or the filling.

So very disapointed with their service recently that I will never ever again call these guys.<br/><br/>2 weeks ago after waiting 2 hrs for a pizza I called them and cancelled it...half an hour later they still tried to deliver it, to which I told them to go away as I had already made other dinner plans.<br/><br/>It seemed they tried to make amends as the manager Bella left a message on my phone apologising for the mishap blaming a power surge that meant she had no ability to do anything and promised a full refund followed by a free pizza, garlic bread and drink if I ever tried Crust again.<br/><br/>I ordered another pizza recently on line and then called up the Neutral Bay store to make sure that the credit was going to be applied, to which they told me I have no credit and that I was given a refund and that was that. So I cancelled the order. About 4 hours later at 10:30pm they tried to deliver a pizza to me. This place is a joke.

The food quality was not so much a problem here as it is with the lack of execution of applying the right amount of ingredients in such a way that it looks and tastes at least somewhat like a pizza, wouldn't you agree? And this garlic loaf or whatever it is, taste like it's been fermented in garlic for 12 years. I've had Crust Pizza before this is not Crust Pizza standard pizza I'm sorry.

We ordered one pizza and it took them an hour and half to deliver the pizza. The driver made excuses for being extremely late. Even though the pizza tasted so good and it was good quality but unfortunately it was so cold that it was almost uneatable. Anyways the point being obviously they don't care about the delivery times and the customer satisfaction.

Always been a fan of Crust as they do a kick ass gluten free base for their pizzas. My ultimate favourite is the Peri Peri chicken which never disappoints. We tried the new range of Upper crust and ordered the sausage duo pizza. But it looked like it spent a little to long in the oven as the cheese was burnt. First time this has ever happened at Crust. So it must have been a one off.

Great Pizza & Service. Ordered from Crust Neutral Bay last Friday night and absolutely loved it! Fed the family with a Peri Peri Chicken, which was fantastic, and a Meat Deluxe. The pizza's were perfectly cooked and the flavours are great.! Customer service staff were polite and efficient in getting my order from store to door quickly. Will be ordering again soon!

Great pizza, DISGUSTING PASTA! Awful service. Ordered on a Friday night. Took over an hour to arrive. Do not order the pasta as it will arrive burnt and over cooked with crispy pasta and dried up sauce. I usually eat anything but I took one bite and put it down. Awful. What a disappointment.

Really gone downhill. I have gone here since it was Melt Pizza. Standard old conveyor oven pizza but very inconsistent. Sometimes too much sauce sometimes not enough. They put the pepperoni UNDER the cheese so it never gets crispy and generates pools of oil underneath. Jalapeños are pickled not fresh so an unpleasant punch of vinegar. There's something wrong with this outlet. Delivery can be excruciatingly slow. Try Svens or Spakka-Napoli instead.

The combination of mushrooms, Spanish onions and shallots is a good one, and the crust is thin and crispy.

Worst Crust franchise. Consistently not enough toppings compared to the other stores. Now I pickup from the Willoughby store instead, worth the hassle for a good Crust pizza

Great pizza but expect cold or frozen garlic bread. You'll get a credit for your next order but don't expect it to be any better. How does this happen twice in a row, sort yourselves out!

I have had numerous problems with my order at Neutral Bay Crust - missing toppings, incorrect pizza and long delays - I once waited 2.5 hours for my order! When I have spoken to the store manager and owner they have both been incredibly rude and unapologetic! Will never order from here again!

Waiting 1hr45mins so far. Ordering from the neutral bay store usually takes 1hr 30mins+<br/><br/>Even worse than usual tonight. My patience has run out. Won't be ordering from there again!

Disappointing :(. The pizza was very dry and not enough toppings. The dessert calzone dough was very chewy as well (and not in a good way) :|
