Review The Farm - Neutral Bay

The food and coffee were good, but unfortunately staff and kitchen were obviously underprepared and overwhelmed when we visited on a busy Saturday morning. Ourselves and adjacent tables were faced with long wait times and forgotten drink orders.

I live in the area and come here at least 5 times a week and love it to bits. Not only do I love the healthy food vibe but the customer service is great, although one Korean lady which works there seems to bring down the whole vibe of the store from time to time, I never seem to see a smile or speak to the customers. Overall a great dining place and would happily eat there again and again

A underwhelming experience. We ordered two drinks, the luxe bowl and the green start. At first we had to wait around 35 min til our breakfast finally was ready - for what we got then definitely too long. The green start was pathetic. The broccoli was overcooked (the poached egg too) the spinach started to get limp and so on. The luxe bowl was ok except the Guacamole. Service: we didn't feel very welcomed, the whole atmosphere was cold and the our waitress didn't even say which drinks she brought over and just dropped them without a word. Unfortunately not again.

Last month I visited The Farm on a Sunday morning and waited over half an hour for two (not even great) smoothies and paid $20 for the privilege. So in summary: The Farm has poor service and is way overpriced. I sent some polite email feedback to the business and received no response, which just shows they couldn't care less. The responses they give to their numerous poor reviews on Facebook (if they even bother to respond) are just defensive. Instead of being rude, I would recommend they listen to the feedback and try and take it on board.

The flavour of the food is unbalanced, and very interesting mix of ingredients I ordered a smash avo toast with bacon. Ummmm how to say. The bread taste a bit sour. Bacon is over cooked. I wait for a longer than here than anywhere else. Lots of flys round here be careful with your food. The first and last time here.

Dropped by this morning (Sunday) to give this place a second chance. The service was non-existent. No smile, no eye contact...nothing. Empty. Got a coffee which was bland, cold and below average. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting for vegemite toast. I stood there watching The cook turning the "warm bread" over and over in the warmer and I knew I'd be served warm bread again instead of toast. Tried to get the girls attention as I was now in a hurry and she was distant and not interested. My advice to the Farm: BUY A TOASTER and hire staff who actaully want to be working in customer service field!!!!

My dining partner and I were both fairly underwhelmed by the food here. A little bland and served luke warm. Great decor and atmosphere. I'm hoping they can improve because it has a lot of potential.

I live in the suburb and come here weekly to sit down or grab a tasty meal on the go! Very friendly and persistent service. Would highly recommend trying their variety of drinks and healthy wholefood options!
