Review Vito Gelato & Caffe - Neutral Bay

Great gelato and sorbet! The texture is soft, temperature is right at the perfect, gelato melt in your month. Yes, buy triple buy triple buy triple! Because each scoop will cost only $3.3! Single scoop cost $5.6! Do your math. 😄 Must try green tea, pistachio and lychee! Great place to be after a good dinner around the area! Highly recommended!

Serving a bit on the smaller side compared to the photos from previous reviews. Flavour is good though. Just disappointed about the difference in serving.

Lovely selections of gelato flavours, both seasonal and traditional. The blood orange was good. I got a scoop each of cacao sorbet and black sesame. Creamy and intense flavours. Staff are friendly. Place is clean.

Nice cafe, with at least much longer opening hours than others in the area. I like friendly service and the place is next door to the newsagent. Well worth visiting and they also have icecreams, lots of cakes and yummy food. Still a great place!

Had gelato here twice over a few years. No flavour I couldn't even discern what kind of fruit or berry flavour I had until my friend reminded me which flavour I had picked. I only come here when I can't get gelato anywhere else :( If you are a keen gelato buff used to very good gelato don't come here but if you are simple and non fussy about your gelato then come here.

Gelato is nice of course but I like their coffee. Good flavour, right temperature and cheaper than most places. Plus staff are polite.

Why use the DoorDash app when you are going to only cancel the order on us over the span of two days? We’ve had the same order made and its been back and forth cancelled and refunded with the drivers calling us, saying you do not take doordash orders even as the order has been accepted on the app. Please sort this out, we do not intend to order any more from your store, this is ridiculous. Please get this right, we cannot do pickup.

The staff was super friendly and offered recommendations. The gelato wasn’t very smooth though. Good price for gelato though compared to a lot of other gelato places.

Some very good gelato here with interesting flavours that is bad to remedy any bad dinner experience around this area...<br/><br/>Bonus pts for the rabbit ear serving style...yeah we are fickle like that sometimes :)

Stopped in for a coffee at this joint while waiting for dinner and needing to knock over some last minute work. A good little spot with nice coffee and plenty of space inside that means you can sit and relax or even work if you need to get out of the office. A review would not be complete without mentioning the amazing gelato selection in their front counter. I will definitely be back to try next time

Great location, friendly staff, reasonable priced ice creams, but the worst ice cream if I had in my 41 years of life, I had green tea, tiramisu. <br/>Green tea is a bit esoteric, so I am totally ok with the fact that I did not like the taste.<br/>BUT, the paper towel had more flavor than the tiramisu. Ingredients went visibly missing at production and no one picked it up at quality control.<br/>I threw the ice cream five meter away from the shop...<br/>Hope the other users get a better experience, otherwise it will not survive the winter.
