We found this place a shelter from the rain and cold surf wind. We only ordered coffee and cake but it was very nice compared to what it was like outside. The staff were helpful and our order was promptly delivered to our table. The menu was not large but all the meals coming out of the kitchen

All the meals tasted great in their own way. The duck with gnocchi was cooked perfectly and well balanced flavours. The only disappointing part was the coffee, not sure if the milk was burnt but mine tasted strange but my friends was fine

This is one of my favourite cafes. It's a very short stroll to Newcastle beach and offers indoor and outdoor dining. The food is fresh, delicious and the menu has a good variety of options. The wine and beverage options are good so is the coffee.
