We always love the brewery! The food is fresh, the service is great and the view is superb! Something I noticed yesterday, however, and this is mainly for kitchen management, was that my chicken schnitzel tasted like fish!!! Cooking 101 .... do NOT cook fish in the same hot oil as chicken!!!!!
