Bao brothers - where do I start? Their new store is incredible and the design is awesome. The music and character of the whole eatery gives such a good vibe. The posters are so awesome and funny to read that they distract you from the conversation Quick service, friendly staff, and as always delicious food. The mushroom bao is my favourite, followed by the chicken. I tried a spring roll and the fries today and they were really good too. Everything is full of flavour. I loved that you wrote your order down - quick and easy because the menu is simple and effective. Proud of how far the owners have come with their business and are passionate about what they do. Newcastle is lucky to have bao brothers

Great venue. Those who knew the old Bao Brothers days this is another notch up - same style of cuisine but a little fancier. Can't wait for the reopening of bao brothers too - making Newcastle food scene better and better!

The menu is super unique and interesting. It’s hard to impress me these days, but the chefs’ ideas are truly impressive. Dishes are a bit pricey but its worth it. The option to order bao as extra is good; but I was surprised that bao is not part of most/all the dishes. This restaurant offers an experience for the palate. They have single malt whiskey, and Japanese whiskey ice-cream as part of a dessert dish- yum! :) Cosy ambience, helpful staff. Definitely recommend!!

Very impressive select and standard of food, lunchtime menu offers some great deals. The flavours are fresh and varied. Service is very attentive and accommodating. Would thoroughly recommend to friends or family. The venue is also really well fitted out and has a very hip Kung fu vibe.

Amazing style of cuisine! I love Bao bread (typically made for Chinese/asian meat buns) and burgers so it's the best of both worlds.

Wow! Best Bao I've ever had. Wonderful flavours, soft fluffy pillow of a bao bun, fresh and delicious. The loaded sweet potato fries are delish too. Thank you for the orgasm guys!
