Dinner for 12 people on Saturday night. The service was fast and friendly, the food came out just when we needed it and everything was delicious. At the end of the night Paul came out of the kitchen to say hello and asked what we were drinking. He left then returned a few minutes later with a beautiful 2017 Hunter Valley Shiraz.
Coming from Sydney we don’t get this type of experience very often. All in all a perfect evening

This is a nice restaurant with large wine selection. The staff were quite friendly and service was fast. However there was no flavour in the chow mein, and it was terribly overpriced along with the rice. The dumplings weren't anything special, and again, ridiculously expensive. I feel this would be a great restaurant if the prices simply matched the quality of the food.

Food was delicious good selection of bevvies, but ordeing dumplings as a quick starter for my son was abit of an issue. Considering there were only 2 other people in the restuaurant at the time & asking where they were several times it still took over 20 minutes to deliver to table. I then had the same problem with my 6 scollops on the shell reaching me before the mains, i again had to ask where they were and end up getting to the table 5 minutes later.
Overall the food was great and up to par with what i had heard but the wait staff need to be more on the ball if you are charging big money for the whole experience.

Went here earlier today with the family. The food was okay but overpriced. If this place is charging expensive food, they supposed to do a 5 star ambiance, place and service. It was like the moment we finished the food, they were already getting our plates. There are many restaurants better than this place.
By the way, the manager (whoever the girl on the counter) wasn’t wearing the mask when moving around the restaurant.

We just had a meal of Fried rice steamed dim sums omelet and short soup and I have to say it was the ****worst ***Asian take we have ever had from Pauls. We have been going to this restaurant for the past 30 years and generally have always been satisfied but tonight something has changed the rice was gluggy and not even fried , the dimsims were glug tasteless the soup was just hot water with once again tasteless dumplings what’s happened? So disappointing!!! Bland horrible food we won’t go back . What a shame..
