Review Sweet Poison - Newcastle

No doubt the best place to get coffee and ofcourse your favourite cakes. There's heaven and there's sweet poison on a whole level on its own. Greeted by the best people of the planet and always left smiling 💯 10/5 stars 🙏

I was at sweet poison for the first time a few weeks ago & had a horrible experience, order was wrong & snappy staff. Didn’t bother a review but yesterday afternoon I was contemplating a mid day snack & I saw the owner abusing a security guard yelling & carrying on.. another guard came to assist & she just kept going off. If she is the owner she should be embarrassed!

I went to Sweet Poison for my 18th birthday cake and of course I had to come back for my 21st! I'm so happy with how my cake turned out! It was so delicious and the design was gorgeous. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and gave them some artistic freedom and I'm so glad I did! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

My Favourite coffee shop .Actually to my friends and acquaintances I call it my quasy office. Visit every day of week .Keep up to date with news in good variety of the newspapers supplied. Always meet nice PEOPLE for a chat .I recently started eating the meat pies .Great taste one pie is enough to feed a wharfie ..good quality food and coffee. Staff are SECOND to none in respect and service .when service back to normality Drop in Mornings and make my day with a yarn .I am easy to spot Grey hair .The old man that no one Loves .ha ha STAN WILKINSON

Sweet treats, sizable portions (almost a bit too much for me!) and a yummy iced chai. Was mostly OK to hangout here, came for dessert with my brother. Only issue was some guy working here was SUPER LOUD. He was behind the counter talking (well basically shouting) with other employees. Every time he opened his booming mouth my brother and I couldn't hear each other speak. Ruined what could have been a nice relaxing time catching up with someone I don't see often. Won't be going back to this place.
