As a train buff, I’m very impressed with the quality of the airstream cafe. I’m also surprised about the famous celebrities who dined here in the past. Highly recommended for any nostalgia and railway enthusiast.

Well, we ordered ours pies with mash, pies & gravy, really looking forward to it. Well, their was really nothing inside, dry and looked burnt on the bottom inside the pie. I think they forgot to put meat and gravy in it. We had been there once before and this happened but we just thought it was a one off but to happen again. No thanks will buy elsewhere.

We were blown away by the kindness of one of the staff members at Harry's he made a special meal for one of my friends who is gluten intolerant this was so kind of them as not many places will do this...... Good food & awesome staff :)

Food was great as always. Harry's cafe de wheels is a regular stop when we go motor bike riding and I wouldn't go back if it was crap. The staff are always willing to cater for the individual needs and do so with a smile. Highly recommend anyone considering a good cheap meal to go and try them. It won't be your last. *****

Nice spot across from the water, friendly service. The old fashioned tram with its back in the day photos is great. I had a chunky beef cheese & bacon pie. It was ok not excellent just average. Worth a visit because it’s an iconic name and experience, maybe I’ll try something else next time could be a little better. Price is good for the food.

The only plus about the Tiger on a cold night is that it was warm. It was dry, tasteless and smaller than an equivalently priced sandwich from 7-11.

Had the cafe de wheels hot dog. Having been to the Woolloomooloo outlet I was left very disappointed with the quality of food and service at Newcastle. Toppings on the hot dog was minimal and was missing the garlic onions. Service was blasé - worse then what you get from a fast food joint like McDonald's.

Awesome Mushy Pea Pie. This place is a relative newcomer to Newcastle with a solid and long history in Sydney. For a genuine mushy pea pie with gravy, this is the place. Good size, well priced, fresh and not canned peas either. I Haven't had one this good since Adelaide in the 90's.<br/>Excellent.

Great location. Terrible food.. This place has the potential to be one of the best takeaway joints in Newie. The cafe truck is awesome and the location is spectacular. <br/>The food however is bland and sometimes nearly inedible. Last time I ate there the guy working the counter asked me how my pie was. I told him that it was dried out and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. He just said, "Oh. Sorry mate."
